M&L for repairs to pot holes of any depth not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer (grade VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10Sqm putting in and providing premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 sqm iblinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per design mix approved by GE.)

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm, exc 50mm deep and removing scarified material to a distance not exc. 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (in two layers of 75mm compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced WBM / WMM new or old surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bitumen primer of bituminous grade VG-10 @ 7.5 kg per X SQM complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen VG-30 binder content 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of old black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 2.5 Kg per ten square metre complete all as specified and directed.

Providing Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen (VG -30), rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Mixing of SDAC shall be carried out in Hot Mix plant and laying, spreading of BM shall be carried out uniformly by using automatic type sensor paver. (ii) The design mix for BM considering bitumen content as specified shall be carried out from any one of the Institution as specified in particulars specifications & cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE. (iv) The binder content specified is minimum. Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government. Supply and fix in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions including taking out old unserviceable road stud of any description complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Old unserviceable cat eyes of any description shall be contractor's property as per schedule of credit.)

Taking down old unserviceable sign board and S&F retro reflective sign board of size 4' x 3' fixed both sides on stainless steel board made out of aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet, 3mm thick fixed on SS-304 series hollow tubular section, 38mm dia. The board shall be provided with reflective tape of quality high intensity chequered type blue colour, letter/symbol shall be written in white colour writing of approved shape. The sign board shall be supported on 2 NOs post of 60mm dia stainless steel pipe, 304 series 3mtr long with round moulded design on top duly embedded in ground of size 450x450x750mm in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary excavation/earthwork etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
