Manufacturing and supply of complete set of Inspection Gauge

Supply should be as per the tender description, specification, and drawing only(if any).

Railway reserved the rights for placing the Bulk order on the manufacturer or its authorized dealer having proven performance. The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar item defined as inspection gauge of different size with Tendered specification) for minimum 20% of tendered quantity against orders placed, in any one of the last THREE FINANCIAL YEARS or current financial year up to date of tender opening to any Central/State Govt. Organization/PSU and All other terms regarding placement of order will be as per clause 2.3 of attached tender document.

Firm has to clearly mention MAKE/BRAND of the offered product while quoting the offer, If no make is mentioned, it will be presumed that Stores will be of Own make & PO will be placed accordingly.

Firm has to offer warranty up to 30 months and quote accordingly failing which their offer may be passed over.

Have you read and accepted tender conditions?

Have you furnished the statement of deviations [preferably nil]?

Have you attached any performance statements separately?

Are you coming under MSE status given as per guidelines issued by Railway Board for purchase preference vide letter No. 2010-RS [G] -363-1 Dt. 05.07.2012 or latest.

If yes, have you attached valid documents towards being MSE?

Have you submitted authenticated copy of the document authorizing the signatory to submit offer and commit on behalf of tenderers. Other conditions will be as per attached tender document.

Have you quoted delivery period correctly and precisely?

To be delivered at concerned destination. Delivery at single point is not acceptable. In case, tenderer quote for delivery of entire tendered quantity to one consignee against Railway%u2019s requirements of delivery to multiple consignees, such offer shall be considered valid only for quantity required as per tender schedule by the consignee to whom delivery is offered by the tenderer and it shall be considered that there is no offer for remaining consignees.

Have you quoted Mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery at destination with rate structure clearly indicating the basic rate, GST and freight etc, up to destination [consignees premises].

Have you quoted the discount if any in the specified column only in IREPS?

Have you furnished Bank account details such as Name of the Bank and address, account no., MICR, IFSC code and type of account to facilitate EFT payment?

Firm to indicate make-model-brand offered if any.

Bidders should confirm following certificate for Compliance. (a) I have read Instructions to tenderers and general conditions of tenders for supply contract attached with the tender regarding restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and on sub-contracting to contractors from such countries. (b) I certify that this bidder is not from such a country and will not subcontract any work to a contractor from such countries unless such contractor is registered with the Competent Authority. I also certify that this bidder will not offer any products/services of entity from such countries unless such entity is registered with the Competent Authority. (c) I hereby certify that this bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered. (d) I hereby acknowledge that in the event of acceptance of my bid on above certificate and if the certificate is found to be false at any stage, the false certificate would be a ground for immediate termination of contract and further legal action in accordance with the Law. (Bidders confirming this certificate for Compliance shall select Yes in the Complied column. However, in case you do not confirm above certificate for Compliance, select NO in the complied column. In such cases you are required to submit the certificate for Compliance as per Instructions to tenderers and general conditions of tenders for supply contract along-with their Bid/Offer.
