General Renewal work at Baura Satari to Gorhari via Panara road in km. 11 and 12

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam (Grading-III) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. As per MOR&TH specification No. 404(4.11)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sum on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MORT&H Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscosity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 120 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades.

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat type 'B' with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 120 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from boorrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slop and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 Patri
