Repair and maintenance of 05 nos. dilapidated condition of tubular mobile tower in the campus at CKP TE, Narwapahar TE, Kadma TE, Chandil TE and Haldipokhar TE,(BA- Jamshedpur)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :

a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Labour charges for taking out all damaged/unserviceable tower member and erection and fixing in position new tower member in place of damage/unsrviceable tower member in existing erected tower upto 40 mtr. height including sorting, hoisting, bolting , fixing the members in position, making minor additions/alteration (if required) at site and making alingment of tower to confirm erect vertically by using wrench/ tower erection machine, necessary T&P etc. as per drawing and with relevant IS safety codes. all complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Checking out all nuts and bolts of existing tower from ground to top and re-tightening the all nuts & bolts including replacing the missing/damaged nuts, bolts & washers ,earthing strip etc. All complete as per the direction and satisfaction of E.I.C. (Nuts, bolts and washers and earthing strips etc. to be paid separetely)

Supply of galvanised Nuts & bolts i/c washers of required size as per direction and satisfction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying at site galvanised steel tower materials consisting of G.I Pipe ( medium quality), angle, flat, bars gusset plates, climbing ladders, vertical and horizontal cable carrying ladder, working platform, antenna fixtures, base plates, connecting plates etc. all fabricated including cutting, drilling holes and welding etc. as per approval drawing for erection of roof top pole / tower . The structural steel for tower shall confirm to IS : 2062-1992 I.S. 1363-1992 & I.S : 12427 and fabrication shall be as per IS : 4757 . The structural steel section produced by only main producers like SAIL, RINL, TISCO, JINDAL shall be used for fabrication of tower material. The rate shall include cost of all material , labours, tools, plants & machineries and carrying the materials to the site including loading and unloading, shorting and stacking at ground floor for all leads, taxes, dutes and ancillary work in handling of the pole materials.

Painting of erected tower structure with high gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and pattern of approved brand and manufacture to 40 meter high tower all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (One or more coat on old work)

Cleaning and removing creeping/climbing/trailing plant etc. from tower including cleaning jungle in base area of the tower for execution of the work and disposal of rubbish out side the periphery of the tower area cleared as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
