Foundation and Basement
Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC Column Footing, Plinth Beam and Sill Beams,RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOSKS. STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarian props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel / ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position, cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance etc. in all floors. BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.sand) using second class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm size 9" x 43/8" x 23/4" for the including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Masonry projections shereever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost.) (Ground Floor)
SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three P.sand) 10mm thick, including hacking the surfaces including curing neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five P.sand) 12 mm., thick for walls in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers
Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position STEEL GRILLS. Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, All the members of the Grils shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work loading, unloading and all other charges etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
WHITE WASHING ONE COAT using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of White cement and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder, etc.,).
PAINTING the wall surface with TWO COAT of Weather shield max exterior paint of the approved colour as per the specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the departmental officers before us on work.)
PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS with two coats of Enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the priming coat with approved quality of red oxide primer. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., Complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental Officer before use on work.)
Formation of embankment with gravel from quarrrying place and laid in layers of not more than 75mm thick excluding cost of gravel conveyance of gravel to work site and labour charges for laying and spreading of gravel to proper camber and consolidated with power roller to active the 100% procter density under optimum moisture content including watering hire for power roller, water springler and all tools and plants employed and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick spectification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub-base, base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers and as per technical specification clause 406 of Morth REV - 5
Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM / WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers and as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev - 5
Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM / WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5
Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadam using 0.20 cum of 26.50 to 13.20 mm, 0.43 cum of 13.20 to 2.36 mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36 mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG 30 / VG 40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mixplant 20/30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8/10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Rollert to the required density etc ., including labour for attending to paver to site etc ., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20/30 ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc ., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5.
Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat (Type - A) to 20mm thick using 0.18cum to 13.20mm, 0.09 cum of 11.20mm and 0.09 cum of 6.70mm IRC metal with 24.40 kgs of VG 30 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregrate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne vibratory / Pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 - 30 ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., Complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5.
