Survey of H.T. cable route as per instruction of site engineer and submission of route survey drawing (in two copies) inscribing different land marks including elevation and depth chart and GIS survey and uploading in portal of WBSEDCL via APP as per specification and instruction of site engineer.

Micro-Tunnelling work with laying of HDPE pipe as per instruction of site engineer and as per site condition including supply of PE-80, PN-6, 200mm dia HDPE pipe as per IS: 4984-2016, drawal of cable and preparation & submission of drawing (Annexure-S to be followed for detailed scope of work)

Micro-Tunnelling work with laying of HDPE pipe as per instruction of site engineer and as per site condition including supply of PE-100, PN-10, 200mm dia HDPE pipe as per IS: 4984-2016, drawal of cable and preparation & submission of drawing. (under Railway tracks) (Annexure-S to be followed for detailed scope of work)

Excavation of soil by cutting of metalled road, Cement Concrete, Brick Soling etc. and formation of cable trenches and re-instatment of cable trenches with excavated soil as per instruction of site engineer. (single cable)

Laying & dressing of 33KV XLPE 3x400 sq.mm cable in the excavated cable trenches and microtunnelling portion including spare, loop and riser arrangements as per drawing no. PLN(D)/SS/104 dt. 05.05.2015 and as per instruction of site engineer

Making of protective duct for cable joint complete as per WBSEDCL's approved drawing (Ref. Drg. No. PLN(D)/SS/106 dt. 05.05.2015)

Excavation of soil for making of trial hole (min. size 1.1mx0.5mx1.2m) as per instruction of site engineer including backfiling the excavated soil.

Making of jointing pit only by the excavation of soil suitable for making of straight through joint of 33KV cable including laying of platform with bricks for placement of joint box & pitching up of temporary tent by providing bamboo & tarpolene & re-instatement of the jointing pit with the excavated soil after completion of jointing work and providing assistance during jointing work

Providing assistance for end termination jointing of indoor & outdoor type

Supply & erection of cast iron cable marker on concrete foundation blocks for straight run, road crossing, joint location etc. as per drawing no. PLN(D)/SS/107 or 108 dt. 05.05.2015 & specification & direction of site engineer

Supply of kiln burnt 1st class bricks having proper size & shape suitbale for cable protective cover as per instruction of site engineer

Laying of bricks as per drawing & instruction of site engineer

Supply & fixing / laying of G.I. Pipe 200mm dia (medium) of make TATA / JINDAL / Equivalent as per I.S.I. suitable for cable protection as per instruction of site engineer for making of riser arrangment with supply of fittings and fixtures as per instruction of site engineer

Earthing arrangment at end terminal of laid cable at one side using 3m long 50 mm diametre of medium duty (ISI make) G.I. Pipe with perforations of 12 mm diametre each at 300 mm intervals spirally to be driven to earth so that the top of th above pipe is driven 0.5 m below ground level and to be linked up with cable termination by G.I. strip (50x6)mm using galvanised bolt, double nuts, washers etc. as per standard specifications. Joints if any shall be reveted, brazed and welded from all sides and to be treated with barium chromate and aliminum paint for rust protection. Alternate layers of charcoal and salt to be provided in earth pit as per standard specifications. (All materials to be supplied by the contractor)
