Satara Street light AMC of Balance Street light Work

Annual comprehensive maintenance of 48 watt / 90 watt / 120 watt LED street lights in Satara , Wai , Karad area including providing and supplying all required material including providing licensed electrician wireman & labours for day to day checking, identifing & rectifying the the faults in street light system, replacing of burnt accessories of street light fixtures, LED fittings accessories , FRP box, cables, mains wires , G.I. pipes ,replacing damaged timers, contactors, MCB ‘s with existing capacities, DWC pipes, lug, glands , control panel wiring and all other relevant material as per matching with existing material in rating sizes type models and Street light feeder pillar box welding ,locking ,replacement of damaged feeder pillar etc.as directed by Engineer-In Charge, so as to maintain streetlights working 90 % throughout the year i.e., for 12 months period.

Supplying & erecting FRP box of size 300mm x 200mm x 125 mm, 2.7 mm thick complete on pole/wall as per specification No. CB-SB

Supplying and erecting integrated LED street light fitting 85-90W IP65 & IK08 class having single piece pressure die-cast aluminium housing, having system lumens output of Min 9300 Lumens, min. efficacy of 110 lumen/W, CRI>70, CCT upto 6500K, THD<10%, p.f. >0.95, operating range of 140-270V, inbuilt surge protection of 10 kV, Life class of 50,000 Hrs at L70B50 including driver complete with minimum 2 Years warranty as per specification No. FG-ODF/SL.

Repairs to bend / tilted street light pole including strengthening , cutting if required , bending , matching the two surfaces, welding the two parts by stifining with M.S. angle / plates of suitable size and erecting the poles at its original position including all labour and material requuired etc complete.
