Item No. 9 : Providing and erecting scaffolding/staging up to a height of 10 meter including all cross bracings to make it strong and sturdy etcetera complete as specified as directed (to adjacent panels).
Item No. 10 : Providing & erecting sturdy steel H-frame or double bamboo scaffolding at any height, conforming to relevant IS codes, relevant clauses in the tender/preamble and manufacturer's specifications including necessary support system comprising of a combination of anchorage system and coupling arrangements to and from the adjoining structure, making proper platforms at every second floor level to work and for debris collection, covering entire surface with jute kanthan including necessary supports etcetera for the duration of the works including erection of debris chute, dismantling and taking away the entire assembly and accessorial items on completion of work from the site etcetera complete. (Measurement of the item will be as per elevation of the scaffolding length x height of the building line; anchorage system and any other such arrangement done at site shall not be paid separately for. The entire scaffolding including support shall be approved by the engineer-in-charge before it is being put to use.
Item No.11 Drilling & fixing Teflon nozzles in RC members including, drilling holes (from top and bottom): Drilling 12 millimeter diameter 75 millimeter to 100 millimeter deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 350 millimeter in staggered manner or as directed by the engineer in reinforced concrete structural element. Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Fixing of Nozzles: Insert 12 millimeter diameter Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to received outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the system for minimum 12 hours. Cutting of Nozzles: Cut the Nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. Material make - Dextra/ Krishna conchem /ISR or equivalent.
Item No.12 Grouting and injecting low viscosity high molecular weight thermoset polymer Monopol by pressure and using injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, including, Mixing of materials: mixing material components part a and part b in required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching Grouting: Fill the grouting gun with monopol. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor. Maintain the pressure at exit ( 3 to 4 kilogram per square meter by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles while grouting and seal them as per the requirement and by gravity impregnation of concrete surface by flooding in required dosage. Material make - Dextra/Krishna conchem/ISR or equivalent.
Item No. 13 Cutting and opening V-groves in cracks and filling it with non shrink 2-component epoxy putty EPCO 1010 from soffit of reinforced cement concrete slab.

Item No. 27 Providing and fixing Poly Vinyl Chloride Rain water pipes of 110 millimeter outer diameter and having wall thickness of 2.2 to 2.7 millimeter confirming to I.S. 13592-1992 including proper rainwater receiving recess with Poly Vinyl Chloride plug, bend, necessary fittings, such as, offsets, shoes, including fixing the pipe on wall using approved wooden cleats projecting 25 millimeter to 40 millimeter from face of wall a fixing with clips of approved quality and number ,filing the joint using rubber gasket with solvent cement and properly resting the shoe of pipes on cement concrete or masonry blocks, including necessary scaffolding and maintenance for 3 years for any leakages or dislocations of pipes. All the Poly Vinyl Chloride fittings and additional 2 piece socket clips shall be got approved from engineer in charge etcetera complete. (The contractor shall give 3 years guarantee bond for payment)

Providing and applying Polymer synthetic elastomeric coating cum paint, ready to use for bridge structure in saline as to avoid salt penetration from marine environment and Ultraviolet effects of sunrays, fungus developments and to protect the reinforcement from marine atmosphere effects in three coats including scaffolding, sand blasting , cleaning the surface of concrete , brushing steel reinforcement and applying polymer coating with primer, first coat and second coat at an interval of 24 hours of approved shade and colour (But not to applied on oil, grease, Tar & Moisture of surface Note prior approval of SE is required)
Item No. 29 Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 millimeter thick including reflectorizing glass beads at 250 grams per square meter area, thickness of 2.5 millimeter is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete.
Item No. 30. Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular/Square in shape having area greater than 0.9 square meter made out of 4 millimeter aluminum composite material ( ACM) sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retroreflective specified back ground, border and back side retroreflective symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25 millimeter x 25 millimeter x 3 millimeter duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on two number mild steel angle iron post 75 millimeter x 75 millimeter x 6 millimeter 3.5 meter long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 centimeter x 45 centimeter x 60 centimeter, 60 centimeter below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paints having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimeter width including Galvanized iron fixtures and transportation etcetera complete. The nut bolts of board with angle iron post/supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded. Class B (Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) sheeting shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor/supplier.
Item No. 31 Supplying & Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kilogram tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 / DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 millimeters 100 millimeter and 102 +/- 2 millimeter and with minimum reflective area of 13 square centimeter on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 millimeter and height not less than 30+/- 2 millimeter) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 kilogram Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturers recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.

Item No. 34 Synchronized lifting of 6 girder continuous units of superstructure of bridge for refixing of new bearings including all hire charges and running expenses, transportation charges of all plants, jacks, power pack machines and required equipments, required technicians, labour and centering on 10 temporary supports of teak wood blocks/sleepers of size 0.50x0.50x0.65 meter and Mild steel plates of 25 millimeter thick in two numbers under diaphragms (end) of each span on two piers/abutments at the same time for keeping the superstructure in the lifted position on supports of 20 jacks that is mounted on mild steel plates of required size (10 millimeter 12 millimeter 16 millimeter 25 millimeter etcetera) till completing the pedestal casting and bearing changing operation, lowering of superstructure on bearings, without causing any detrimental effect to any part of the bridge, removing temporary supports after lowering the superstructure complete excluding cost of bearings.
Item No. 35 Synchronized lifting of 6 girder continuous units of superstructure of bridge for refixing of new bearings , relocating of shifted girders/spans back to original position on top of pier cap, the shifted superstructure with the help of horizontal hydraulic jacks and pumps of required capacity including all hire charges and running expenses, transportation charges of all plants, jacks, power pack machines and required equipments, required technicians, labour on 10 temporary supports of teak wood blocks/sleepers of size 0.50x0.50x0.65 meter and Mild steel plates of 25 millimeter thick in two numbers under diaphragms (end) of each span on two piers/abutments at the same time for keeping the superstructure in the lifted position on supports of 20 jacks that is mounted on Mild steel. plates of required size (10 millimeter, 12 millimeters, 16 millimeter, 25 millimeter etcetera), and 16 millimeter thick Teflon/PTFE sheets for sliding arrangement till completing the pedestal casting and bearing changing operation, lowering of superstructure on bearings, without causing any detrimental effect to any part of the bridge, removing temporary supports after lowering the superstructure complete excluding cost of bearings.
