M&L for 75mm or less compacted thickness premixed bituminous macadam laid, spread using mechanical paver with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG - 30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Note for Item No.27.0:- (i) The actual binder content for BM used shall be as per optimised content based on job mix formula approved by CWE irrespective of whatever indicated in BOQ. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 33000/- per MT ( without considering the permissible tolerence on minus side ) with reference to binder content indicated in BOQ. Supply, install and erect in trench vertical position steel tublar seweaged welded poles complete with MS base plate of 6mm thick of size 450mm x 450mm finial taper plug pole cap, bolts, nut and screwed, pole made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS 2713 Part II of 9 mtr long 410 SP-31 swan neck including drilling of holes of required size and nos and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint for exposed surface and two coat of black bituminious paint for the portion embeded in concerete,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.
