PART A- Repairing/renovation of Rack Classifier No.1 - Isolating the Rack Classifier & deteriator by closing the sluice gate, providing of gunny bags, and dewatering / cleaning of sewage with the help of submersible pump & manual labour with safety arrangements as per NHRC guidelines.

Dismantling of rack classifier by removing of gear box, motor, bearing bracket, shaft, spine pipe shaft, all connecting rod with pins and taking out the complete classifier from chamber with the help of mobile crane after cutting of all rusted nut bolts by gas cutter and other required tools & tackles as per site requirement.

Strengthening the complete structure with replacement of damage structure with the help of C- channel (65 mm X 120 mm X 8 mm).

Replacement the bottom scrapper (75 mm X 325 mm X 6 mm) job including cutting the old by gas cutter and fixing new with the help of electric welding.

Supply and fixing of neoprene rubber as squeezers.

Repairing / servicing of gear box of the rack. The job includes replacement of the Bronze gear with shaft and bearing with oil seal and complete in all respect

Fabrication and fixing M.S cover for protection of motor and gear box from Rain.

Supply of nut bolts as per site requirement.

Assembling the rack assembly in the chamber with the help of mobile crane and fixing the other spares.

Providing and fixing of M.S plate as required by job for making the alignment of classifier including making hole and welding work as per requirement of site.

Painting (Epoxy-Black colour) & Primer of complete rack classifier atleast 2 coats or more.

Testing and commissioning on no load & on full load.

PART B- Repairing/renovation of conveyor belt. Repairing of conveyor MS structure & replacement of worn out part of by welding of MS angle (50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm)/channel (65 mm X 120 mm X 8 mm)/flat (40 mm X 6 mm) etc. as per site requirement.

Replacement of rubber belt of 500mm width X 6600mm long & 10mm thick approx. (Make- Dunlop) with hard joint for heavy load capacity. Making proper alignment with roller.

Replacement of small roller as per existing size/sample.

Replacement of long roller as per existing size/sample.

Repairing of main drive roller of both side by providing and fixing of bearing and machining of shaft making proper bearing sheet and straight position with alignment, oiling/greasing.

Replacement of new bearing with bracket as per existing size for fixing of main drive roller.

Overhauling the gear box i/c replacement the gear oil, oil seals, bearings, worm and gear. The job also includes dismantle the existing damage spares from the gear box and fixing the same after cleaning the gear box and complete in all respects.

Providing the motor and gear box base frame and fixing the same at site with required necessary civil work.

Supply of nut bolts and studs as per site requirement.

Painting (Epoxy-Black colour) & Primer of complete conveyor atleast 02 coats or more.

Testing and commissioning on no load & on full load.
