S & F pre painted glavalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Single sheet from ridge to eaves to be used and eaves end to be curved to radius of 200 mm for easy downfall of rain water is deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

S&F pre painted glavalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain / corrugated sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in gutters roof overing/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- The length of self tapping screw may vary for wooden and steel truss. Contractor to quote rate accordingly.)

M & L for Mild steel work a in hold fast, wind ties, wall ties,bands, straps or similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any discription, not exc 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding / levelling course over roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified light shade coloured tiles 10 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART -II (E&M PORTION) :- M & L for Point wiring on concealed/Surface conduit (as per site requirement) with 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor single core PVC insulated 1100 V multistranded drawn through conduit and including rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories of suitable dia medium grade and pressed steel terminal boxes of 1.6 mm thick MS duly painted with red oxide metal primer including fixing/grouting sunken/ surface as per site requirement covered with 3 mm thick laminated hylam sheet including running up of 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly for fixing the switches/ sockets/ regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps, SP
