Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete or stone and ceilings including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) of size not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes in brick walls of appropriate size for insertion of cement concrete blocks for hold fasts, and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

In case 15mm bore GIprotection pipe required is less than 7.5m, no price adjustment shall be made. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junctions, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
