Supply and fixing of polycarbonate sheet as in roof covering, both side UV coated for 50 micron thick, Weight of polycarbonate sheet 1.75 kg. per Sqm, colour as approved and fixed with self taping screws as required at site and sealing the joints with liquid sealant complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/walls, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded with 20 mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including rounding edges as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) machine cut as in vertical surfaces and like, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non skid joint less coloured ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over including screeding 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick cement screed 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Polymer modified cementious bonding coat , prepared and applied on the concrete/ masonry surfaces with I part of Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex emulsion (SBR latex) with 4 parts of water and 6 parts of cement by weight complete all as specified and directed.. M & L for 15 mm thick polymer modified plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement all as specified. ( SBR latex shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex emulsion.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion paint over one coat of primer and over & including one coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed..

Notes :- 1. The work described in these items shall be executed in bldgs. up to (G+3 floor) hence the contractor shall make scaffolding arrangements, trestles, ladders etc. and hessian clothes for protection & all other safety precautions up to 04 storeys of buildings and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. 2. Removing building materials /old waste unwanted material of any description or any type etc. to a distance of 5 km or beyond out side MOD Land and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.
