Motor suitable for working on 415±10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply with cable guard, thrust carbon bearing to with stand entire hydraulic thrust, water proof winding shall be provided. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, pump shall have suitable outlet as per manufactures design. Anti-thrust stream lined non return valve shall be provided with pump. 3 mtr submersible copper conductor cables in single/ double run shall be provided with each pump. Cost towards replacement of old panel by supplying, installation & commissioning of new wall mounting type industrial panel board comprising 100 amp copper bus bar 04 nos. in M.S. steel (14SWG) housing with following accessories- • 100 amp T.P.N. Cost towards supplying and fitting of 125mm dia. 3 mtrs. long MS black column pipe of wall thickness 6 mm with flange at each end total -04 Nos., & 1.5 mtrs. long-01 no. flange at each end, reducer short piece with flange 150mmx125mm-01 no., 125 mm dia. 2.5 ft long MS adopter-01 No. with nut-bolts-, rubber insertion, all labour tools and tackles and transportation charges etc. all complete.

Providing all labours, tools, tackels and technician for disconnection and taking out 50 HP old submersible pumps set with column pipe from intake well all complete (for Pump set No.-01).

Cost towards supplying all labour tools and tackles for complete opening, dismantling, of 50 HP, 440 Volt, 50c/s, star delta, 3 phase Submersible motor and complete rewinding of the motor with supply of PVC insulated submersible copper winding wire, tapping, repairing of motor with repairing of stator and rotor, & reassembling and then testing on full load and, with including the deduction of scraps, transportation charges etc. all complete. Wt. of pvc copper winding wire -34 kg (approx.) With changing of following bearing:- (i) SS/Carbon Thrust bearing as per sample and at raw water p/plant Jhajhapara.
