Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 45 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 15 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage up to 20 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation

Fine dressing of the ground.

Spreading of dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge

Supplying and spreading of sand in lawn area, including watering, and dressing complete over the sprouted grass for immediate percolation of water to avoid the roots rotten of newly planted grasses including loading-unloading with all 50m leads and 1.5 lifts

Making necessary arrangement for watering and rolling with ½ tone hand roller over the newly planted lawn after top dressing with the sand for even surface and to grab the suckers, node & internodes uniformly in the surface to form a thick lawn including carriage

Removal of garden waste by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/ unloading and carriage upto 1 km lead, complete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) Size of Holes 45 cm dia, and 45 cm deep

Providing and stacking of Mimusops elengi (Maulsri) of height 180-195 cm., well developed with thick stem in big in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Plumeria alba of height 165-180 cm. with 3-4 branches and thick stem in big size HDPE bags as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing and stacking of Gardenia jasminoides of height 60-90 cm. with 3-4 branches in earthen pots of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Making necessary arrangement for Lifting of GI Suction Pipe including submersible Motor Pump Set and Electric cable as per requirement including all the charges for the job in complete

Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supply and installation of 2 HP, suitable stages, Submersible motor pumping set (KSB/Crompton or any other equivalent ISI marked brand) with required Head range, Discharge range and Outlet size suitable for the bore well including all other charges for installation

Supply and installation of 10mm P.V.C. coated steel rope for supporting & binding of the installed Submersible Motor pumping set for safety measures to avoid loosen & fall down the motor pump set from suction pipe and the rate are inclusive of laboure charges

Provision for installation of G.I. Suction Pipes , join with 2 nos. of flange to be tightened with nuts and bolts in every 20' (6 mtrs) long pipe for installation of 2 H.P. Submersible Motor pumping set into the well as per requirement including all the charges for the job in complete. ( The length of the pipe may be decrease or increases as per actual execution & requirements)

Supplying & fixing of Miscellaneous items like Nut,Bolt, G.I. Socket, G.I. bend, G.I. Nipple, Reducers, G.I. Union, G.I. Elbow, Well Cover etc. in required size as per actual requirements

Supply of 3 core 2.5 sqmm Copper wire submersible cable (Finolex /any other equivalent ISI marked brand) for the electric connection from the Submersible Motor Pump set to Panel board.

Panel Board suitable for 2 HP, single Phase, Submersible motor pumping set containing main switch, starter, voltmeter, ampere meter and other required articles for complete installation along with the labour and other charges.

Electrical Works for running the Submersible Motor Pump set and Earthling of the electric connection with the cost of all the material and labour charges i.e. 50mm dia G.I. Pipe (TATA) tightened with flange, Copper Wire, digging of hole of 2 mtr depth with giving char coal and salt and any others electrical accessories etc. for the job in complet

Repairing of M.S. Cabin room installed on a cement concrete base of size 1.2 mtr height (excluding roof height) 1.2mtr long and 1 mtr wide 40mm x 40mm x 5mm angle iron frame in all the four sides with supporting flat 25 mm x 5mm size just in the middle of all sides and the frame of double leaf door should be framed with 19mm x 5mm M.S. flat with lock and key system and should be installed in the cement concrete base. The work is including all the cost of required materials, manufacture, labour and installation at site and painted with green Enamel paint (2 coats).

Supplying and Layout & replacement of 50 mm (6kg/cm²) P.V.C. pipes confirming to ISO 4985:2000, ISI marked or any other equivalent brand with all charges of plumbing works at site including cost of socket, elbow, tees and solvent cement etc. and other items as per site requirements. (The pipes may be increased or decreased as per actual execution)

Supplying and Layout & replacement of 32 mm (8kg/cm²) P.V.C. pipes confirming to ISO 4985:2000, ISI marked or any other equivalent brand with all charges of plumbing works at site including cost of socket, elbow, tees and solvent cement etc. and other items as per site requirements. (The pipes may be increased or decreased as per actual execution)

The provision has been made for Supplying and fixing of heavy duty 20mm Brass Quick Coupling Valve ISI marked & reputed brand with 20mm inlet with cover lid loaded with brass spring fitted with 20mm service saddle of required size having 20mm outlet including charges of plumbing and other required items as per site condition

The provision has been made for Supplying and fixing of 90 mm PVC guard pipe with cement & sand for Quick Coupling Valve safety purpose including charges of mason/plumbing and other required items as per site condition

The provision has been for Supplying and fixing of 20mm Brass Over head full circle sprinkler nozzles ISI marked reputed brand with 20mm G.I. Riser including cost of all other fittings for the job in complete.

The provision has been made for Providing connection with pump with mainline including sleeve coupler, tee, sockets and all charges of plumbing and other required items as per site condition.

The provision has been made for Excavating of trenches of required width for pipes not exceeding 80mm dia including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, and depth up to 1.05 mtrs. (But not less than 90cm.) including getting out the excavated soil and then returning the soil as required in layers and not exceeding 20cm in depth including each deposited layers should be consolidating by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. (The length of the trench may be decreased or increased as per actual requirement of the site).
