Desilting, Cleaning and other associated repairing jobs of Raw Water Intake Channel of Water Works

Amount

Removal of deposited silt at the bed of the Raw Water Intake Channel, water weeds, other floating materials, deposited wastes, removing all semi liquid mud or slushy earth etc., from the sides of Raw Water Channel / Fore-bays, cleaning of Screens of Fore-bays and shifting all the wastes and garbage, rubbish and earth to any suitable place to make the entire premises clean and accessible. This job is to be executed by engaging both manual labourers and excavator. All equipments, floatables as required are to be arranged by the contractor.

250 mm thick Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks (250 mm x 125 mm x 75 mm) as per IS 12894:2002 in cement mortar (1:4).

125 mm. thick Flyash brick work as per IS 12894:2002 in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary.[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. In ground floor. 20mm thick plaster 4:1.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety.
