Taking down old treatment incl paddding, removing existing bitumen felt treatment incl brushing,cleaning top surfaces of roof slab, broming etc complete all as specified.

Roughening Surfaces of old Concrete floor /Roofs by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) , complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding of roof slab etc all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:4) on fair finishes of brick work or concrete surface of roof slab all as specified.

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet as under :- (a) Ist Course : Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384@ 0.40 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface of plaster and after drying of primer, apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm on plastered surfaces. (b) 2nd Course : APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane, 5 layered, 3 mm thick weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap, membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat, all joints and changes in direction should be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @200ml/bag of cement and curved before laying of membarance. (c) 3rd Course : Apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm over membrance and dusted with dry sand @ 0.50 to 1 Kg/sqm.

Note : (i) Roof treatment work shall be carried out through approved manufacturers only. (ii) If Non-accesible roof : After providing (a) to (c) provide aluminium paint as per manufacturer instructions. (iii) Covered fillet in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of required radius shall be provided at the junction of roof and vertical surface such as parapet wall/mumty around opening and treatment mentioned above shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar(1:6).

Cement concrete tiles size 300x300mm, 22mm thick machine pressed over 15 mm screed in cement and sand mortar 1:4 mixed with 5% cerosote oil set jointed and pointed in neat cement mortar 1:3 in roof floors and cut and polished with mixture of white & grey cement in equal portion and no pigment complete, all as specified.

Preparation of new treated surface and apply two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer instruction complete, all as specified.

Supply and application of two coat of sunken floor treatment : M/L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement 1:4 and using for WPC. First course :Preparation of surface and and aplying a primer a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade Bitumen blown any grade, applied hot,two coats, to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5kg. per sq. m per coat ,using for bitumen/bitumen primer ISI marked and brand (IOC/BPCL) Second Course : With APP (Atatic Polypropylene) modified five layered membrane 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3 Kg/Sq m with centre core 160 GSM/Sq m: core reinforced and laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm lap. The membrane shall be laid with LPG torch application and overlaps sealed and finished neat Note: (i) concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WP compounds as e manufacturdrs instructions.before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken slab shall be tested with water for 48 hours for any leakage /dampeness.is seen in ceilig below, then treatment is again carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested before passing for next stage. (ii) Finished floor area shall be measured for payment purpose and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store andd rubbish off the premises

Plain Cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded aggregate), 25 mm thick as in sub-base of floors complete, all as specified.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) of Gde BIIa area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified.

Vitrified ceramics coloured tiles 10mm thick polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 Sqm laid as in floors/skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whitc/coloured cement to match in light shade incl 15mm thick screed bed/base in CM 1:4 & roughening /cleaning to existing surfaces of old conc floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dirt/dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm all as spd as approved by the GE/Engr-in-Charge

Glazed ceramic tile 300 x 200 x 06-7mm thick (coloured) conforming to IS:13712 of 1993 on vertical surfaces such as dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified.

100mm dia CI bends (any radius) diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) fixed in repairs complete all as specified & directed.

75mm dia CI bends (any radius) diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured), fixed in repairs complete all as specified & directed.

100mm bore sand cast iron soil waste and vent pipes ISI marked in any length with or without ears fixed to walls with clamps and cement joints, fixed in repairs all as specified.

Ditto all as per Srl item 18 as above but 75mm bore.

Ditto all as per Srl item 18 as above but 50mm bore.

6mm thick AC corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets, in roofing fixed with new J-hooks/L-hooks/cranked hook bolts etc. The AC sheets shall be conforming to IS complete, all as specified.
