REPAIRS TO CERTAIN ROADS AND HARDSTANDING FOR OTM ACCN IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R (C) UNDER GE DEOLALI

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc. 400sqm and n.exc. 100 mm deep complete all specified & directed.

M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers of 75mm each, grading as pe table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber, the finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced wet mix macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying prime coat with cationic bitumen emulsion @ 0.85 kg/sqm using SS-I Type packed bituminous emulsion grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per clause 502 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of MORT&H 5th Revision all specified & directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and providing and applying tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm using RS-I Type packed bituminous emulsion conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per clause 503 of specification for road & bridges works of MORT&H (5th Revision) all specified & directed.

M&L for applying a tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion using bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm using RS-I Type packed bituminous emulsion conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per clause 503 of specification for road & bridges works of MORT&H (5th Revision) all specified & directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickeness with max 5.00% binder content, paving butimen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all specified & directed. Note : 5.0 % binder content shall be for pricing purpose only. Any deviation in minus side shall be adjusted and no price adjustment shall be made for plus side variation.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid using mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content (paving VG-30 grade bitumen) of minimum 4.0 % by weight of total mix all as specified & directed. Note: 4.0 % binder content shall be for pricing purpose only. Any deviation in minus side shall be adjusted and no price adjustment shall be made for plus side variation.

M&L for road line painting with golden yellow /white thermostatic compound with reflectorised glass beeds on bitumen road, providing and laying of hot applied thermostatic compound 2 mm thick including reflectorised glass beeds, thickness of 2 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC-35 including cleaning of old road marking paints, the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes in addition where arrows of letters are to be provided, thermostatic compound shall be machine sprayed and the colour of compound shall be as per direction and specification all specified & directed.

S&F in repair in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens relector of model No DA 972 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instruction. Make : 3M/Green lite or techno commercial equivalent as approvedby GE.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall be 100% water proofing design according to 65 of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystaline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge
