Requireda.The bidder shall mandatorily visit the project site and submit a Site Survey Certificate confirming their understanding of the project scope and site conditions. The Site Survey Certificate shall be self-attested by bidder, the report shall be submitted to tender inviting authority and must be uploaded in tender document eligibility criteria.

Requiredb.As part of technical evaluation, the bidder shall demonstrate the offered products, features and functionality, during the technical proposal stage as required by the Tender Inviting Authority, on no cost, no commitment basis to confirm meeting the tender specifications, field performance, features and functionalities as per the technical literature submitted by the bidder along with the Bid documents.

Requiredc.The Tenderer will be intimated to arrange for demonstration of the product infront of technical committee at a specified location of Vijayapura immediately after opening of the technical bids, and to arrange the demo within 3 days from the date of invitation. If fails to give demonstration will be rejected.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated. 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated.27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund.

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever.

The earnest money deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake.

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10 percentage per year to bring them to the price level of the Financial Years

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt., orders as may be modified from time to time.

(Must tally with the work orders furnished), should be issued or countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent). If the Tenderer is not OEM, The Tenderer may collaborate with an OEM for any product or solution supplied as part of this project (meeting specifications outlined in the section scope of work of the RFP). Hence the Tenderer must provide mandatorily a MAF certification from the OEM for the work of Establishment of Integrated Traffic Management System and solutions including Design, Supply, Installation, Testing/Training and Commissioning which comprises of the feature specifications as outlined in the scope of work
