Dismantling brick work tile, masonry or tile lining

Dismantling glazed tiles (to be carefully removed).

Dismantling cement conglomerate floors 25mm to 50mm thick including concrete base.( kota Stone )

Screed of 50mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 to be laid below the topping using mechanical mixer for mixing of material

Providing and applying Anti Termite Treatment using post constructional chemical treatment measures as per IS - 6313 - 2001 ( Part 3 ) & using Chemical containg chloropyrifos systemic insecticide diluted to manufacturer's specifications by drilling holes in the floor slab &along skirting 300 mm apart & 12 mm dia, drilling holes along all possible entry points such as junctions of floor and walls, door frames, sewage lines, entry points , etc. & injecting them with the chemical solution.

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level.

12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:5

20mm thick cement plaster 1:5 in two coat work.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes single socketed (working pressure 4 kgf/cm2) conforming to IS : 4985, including fixing with MS clamp

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia. U.P.V.C bend for Rain water pipe as per IS:14735 including jointing complete as per specifications and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge.
