Supply and laying of under ground cable in replacement , in trenches /laid in floor/duct/drawn through conduit XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100V grade with aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 10Sq mm x 4 Core complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No-1 above but of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed at site..

M&L for disconnecting burnt end or portion of 10 sq mm to 185 Sq mm 3 1/2 core cable removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation, earthwork, removing brick protection and realaying the same, and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt protion of cable and preparing fresh terminals of LT cable to pole / main switch etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fix aluminium lugs for fixing armoured cable in panel of following sizes taking down old one .(a) from 10 to 16 sqmm 4 core cable

(b) from 25 to 35 sqmm 4 core cable complete all as specified and directed at site.

(c) from 50 to 70 sqmm 3.5 core cable complete all as specified and directed at site.

Detecting of fault of LT UG cable (any place any length any type /size) with help of vehicle mounted cable fault locator including detecting exact location of cable fault and remove of cable for rectification.

M&L in repairs heat shrinkable out door end terminal joints suitable for 1.1 KV, PVC/ XLPE insulated, 3.5 core LT cable including joint kit for making joints suitable for cable of cross sectional area 25 - 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing and Material and labour for sign board for HT/ LT sub Station , frame work made out of angle iron 50x50x5mm of dimension 0.60Mx3M and over all covered with 3mm thick aluminum sheet fastened with counter sunk nut and bolts and vertical support with 100 mm MC channel ( 02 No of length 2.50m each) embedded with PCC block ( 1:3:6) type C-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate, white colour stencil letter made of highly fluorescent adhesive sheet (best quality) pasted over a blue colour highly fluorescent adhesive sheet ( best quality) All MS work should be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer before assembling the frame. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of broken hinges with new MS hinges of length 4” screwed / welded with door and made the door operation condition of LT panel/feeder pillar box any size all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
