Supply and fixing GI pipe bracket made out of 1.5 mtr long GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia and bend to shape fixed with MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 32 mm x 4 mm thick with nuts & bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 63 Amps, 4 pole , 415 volts thermal adjustable and magnetic release breaking capacity 16 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 100 Amps, 4 pole , 415 volts thermal adjustable and magnetic release breaking capacity 25 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

Material and labour for DWC HDPE 150mm (I/D) SN8 pipe line including all necessary fittings for carrying sewage in sewer line complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for DWC HDPE 200mm (I/D) SN8 pipe line including all necessary fittings for carrying sewage in sewer line complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD, PATH AND CULVERT WORKS

Material and labour for Cat Eye abs plastic with nail of size 100x100mm,20 mm reflective glass colour White/Red/Yellow provided with steel zinc plated with bolt of 12mm dia length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for delineator 47 mm dia 600 mm long with high intensity reflective sheeting complete all as specified and directed (Make - Greenlite or equivalent)

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in trenches 100 mm bore centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pipe class K-7, conforming to IS: 8329-2000 of min thickness 5.4mm including testing complete all as specified. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth Work and DI fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (ii) Cost of rubber tyton joints is included in the rate quoted. (iii) Standard length of the pipe should be 5.50 metre or 6.00 metre as available. (iv) The measurement of the pipe shall be net as fixed between the fittings including short length without any allowance for cutting and wastage and for the portion entering in the socket of all pipes and fittings. (v) Pre-despatch inspection & testing of DI pipe shall be carried out by the representative of Accepting Officer. All the expense for the same shall be borne by the contractor and the quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for the same.

Material and labour for ductile iron fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, tail pieces with one end flanged (integrally cast) and one end socket. Spigot caps and plugs suitable for 100 to 150 mm bore ductile iron pressure pipes of K-7 classification and push on flexible rubber gasket joints complete all as specified. (i) DI fittings shall be of same make as of DI pipes or of make as recommended by manufacturers. (ii) The weight of the fittings shall be measured and paid as given in relevant IS or actually provided which ever is less. (iii) All fittings shall bear relevant IS stamping marking. (vi) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. (v) Cost of the joints and jointing materials shall be deemed to be included in the relevant items of DI pipes here-in-before.

Material and labour for Cutting and jointing the existing pipe line for making branch connection of DI pipe of suitable size for insertion of 'T' of size 150mm x 150mm x 100mm connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 1050mm x 750mm x 1000mm (internal dimensions) with MS sheet cover 6 mm thick and angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm frame duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including excavation and earth work, 150mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type D-2 as in foundation, brick work in cement mortar (1:6), locking arrangement and all inner size of pit shall be plastered 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 over brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fixing bracket made out of 40mm dia GI light grade tubing 1.2 meter long and bent to angle/ shape at 120 degree angle at the middle from vertical fixed with clamps nuts and bolts, washers complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and FRLS PVC round sheathed copper conductor flexible 1100 volts for connection from Junction Box to street light fittings.

Supply and fix junction/ bus bar chamber box, with IP-65 protection, made of impact resistant plastic and heat resistant materials of suitable size including provn of aluminium bus bar 16 Amps- 04 Nos for three phase and neutral fixed on porcelain insulator and 01 Nos MCB SP 6 Amps, front openable single door with locking system and including fixing on steel tubular pole with MS flat iron clamps of size 32x6mm with nut bolt washer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Boring of holes of size 200mm dia x 3 to 5 mtrs under rod, pavement, hard standing for laying pipe for crossing cable including getting out, disposal of rubbish off to a distance upto 50 Mtrs, for laying of GI pipe 40mm dia to 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

SUMMER APPLIANCES WORKS

Supply and fixing Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type with copper wound, designed for input voltage between 190 Volts to 290 Volts with output voltage stabilized at 230 Volt with accuracy of +/-2.5% and of capacity 3.0 KVA with low and high voltage cut off for 2 to 3 time delay relay complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installing desert cooler electric driven (single phase) having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 Cum/ hrs, 230 Volt made of 20 gauge sheet and size not less than 90cm x 78cm x 78cm surface area from top and bottom 62cm x 54cm front grill size including tullu pump with Rotary Switch (04 Speed), 5 Amp switch piano type on front side, drain valve including one coat primer and two coat of enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

UPS SYSTEM WORKS

Supply install and commissioning SMF Sealed maintenance free battery system, 12 Volt/ 65 AH, SMF UPS, layout for battery outline type- H & terminal type- F7 (M6 Bolt & Nuts), complete with connecting accessories interconnected i.e. copper cable of size 10 Sqmm for connection to UPS (Make- Finolex/ Polycab) suitable length as required with copper lugs of suitable sizes including plastic container (DT) double flat trolley type suitable for 10 Nos batteries complete all as specified and directed.
