Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring from existing conduit (light, fan, socket or power) complete, fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets and DBs, MCBs, Sub main wiring etc) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc of exist point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring complete with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable conforming to IS : 694 of size 1.5 Sqmm Two single core drawn through in and including suitable size PVC casing capping ISI marked complete with one run of PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1.5 Sq mm single core green colour earth wire and connecting to earth dolly including colour coding of cable shall be for phase, neutral and earth wire as specified in MES SSR Part I 2009 with provision of sunken galvanised not less than 1.12 mm thick MS sheet pressed terminal boxes concealed on wall, with 3 mm thick laminated sheet top cover ISI marked for fixing of switches/socket/regulator with screws complete including making good of disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling/floor in same specification as per existing all as specified and directed for:-

(a) One light/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed

(b) One fan/exhaust point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed

(c) One 5 amps switch socket combination on independent board complete all as specified and directed

(d) One 5 amps socket outlet on same board controlled by another switch complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 02 here in before but with 2.5 sqmm copper wire for power point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement LED tube rod only having aluminium extrusion 18W, 4ft for existing tubelight fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement LED light fitting complete 1x9W, (2Ft long) polycarbonate batten including LED Tube, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement of MCBs Distribution board, sheet metal enclosure, SPN 240 Volts, 08 ways with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door for MCBs, with IP 43 protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement Factory made, distribution boards, sheet metal enclosure VTPN, 4 Ways, 415 Volts double door type, protection class (IP-43) suitable for mounting MCCBs DBs confirming to IS-13032, IS-8623, BS-5484 with min 200 Amps rating copper bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCBs SP 6 to 32Amps, 240 volts, 10 KA rupturing capacity, IS-8828 marked and rating and fixing in DBs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCBs SPN 32Amps, 240 volts, 10 KA rupturing capacity, IS-8828 marked and rating and fixing in DBs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB, 3 Pole, 63 Amps, with breaking capacity 16KA, Thermal magnetic trip Unit, fixed thermal Fixed magnetic (FTFM), Ics=100% Icu, AC 415 volt ,50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and draw submain wiring with two single core 6 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistranded, unsheathed conductor drawn into PVC casing and capping and all necessary fittings including 6 sqmm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete after taking down the old unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and draw submain wiring with two single core 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistranded, unsheathed conductor drawn into PVC casing and capping and all necessary fittings including 4 sqmm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete after taking down the old unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Bell ding dong suitable for md accn complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth electrode plate 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly and vertically in ground connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm bore medium grade pipe with all fittings from the earth electrode fixed along pole or wall with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade from top of the earth pit to top of earth plate electrode including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover with handle, charcoal/salt, funnel, CI frame etc including taking down old unsv earthing complete all as directed. Notes:- (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order (iii) Items includes cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.
