Amount

Routine maintenance consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine maintenance, attending breakdown as and when required and testing of DG set complete i.e. Engine, Alternator etc for efficient functioning including provision of all consumables items like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil etc for repair. Maintenance will be carried out all as specified for various capacity DG Sets here-in-after and as directed. (a) Cleaning, dusting of DG set including motor starter and control panel etc. (b) Checking clearance of suction and exhaust valves and adjust if required (c) Checking of rubber seal, gasket and hosepipe (d) Tightening of all nut bolts. (e) Greasing of all points. (f) Checking of any leaking in fuel and oil lines. (g) Cleaning of fuel tank by taking out the dirt and sludge, cleaning the tank thoroughly. (h) Adjusting valve tappet clearence/timing. (i) Injector pressure test cleaning and repairing, tightining fasteners and making lubrication leak proof. (j) Repair/rewiring of broken/damaged control panel connection including measuring instruments, indicators, engine protection devices etc. Note : (i) DHPP (N) required at the time of maintenance/testing will be issued under Sch "B" 'Free for filling'. (ii) Labour charges for dismantling/taking down of old unserviceable spare parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (iii) Labour charges for dismantling/taking down and refixing of old serviceable spare parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (iv) Routine maintenance carried through OEM/OEM authrised Dealers only and certification of OEM to be produced complete.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 120 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp with impact and corrosion resistant, IP 65/66 protection including assembling of complete fitting and its testing before and after mounting or erection etc for proper functioning and taking down existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing unservicebale service main / sub main wiring complete all as specified from electric poles to service brackets, wall etc. including removing of unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and directed by the Enginner-in- Charge

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB TPN 40 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 415 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessry connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB TPN 63 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 415 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessry connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 63 Amps, 18 KA breaking capacity, 415Volts, AC 50 Hz, with overload and thermal tripping features, Icu 100% complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Any minor addition and alteration shall be made in paneal board if required during execution of work shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to Government and rate quoted shall be deemed inclusive and no extra claim shall be entertained at later stage. etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 100 Amps, 18 KA breaking capacity, 415Volts, AC 50 Hz, with overload and thermal tripping features, Icu 100% complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for checking of ceiling fans after taking down the fan carefully from any position and removing from site to workshop, rewinding of fan coil after removing the blades with super quality, super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and heat varnishing and refixing the same in original position including greasing of bearings & other moving parts and replacement of 2.5 mfd capacitor and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for servicing of Indoor and Outdoor unit of Split type AC of capacity 1.5 TR by means of electric blower and water under pressure cleaning & Washing of condensing Coil/ Cooling Coil by Soap Solution or recommended chemical, oiling and greasing of Moving parts such as blower motor etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in Charge
