M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick (minimum size 55 cms x 55 cms) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing including 15mm of screed bed in CM 1:6complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L machine cut kota stone slabs as in vertical surfces such as risers of steps 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing also moulding edges including 10mm of backing coat in CM 1:4complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling galvalume/CGI/Aesbestos sheet (corrugated semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof coveringcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance except in the case of surface dressing which includes for all the foregoing except clearing away of trees all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
