Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced Cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of 450mm dia reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame of Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) set in cement morter 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 4.0mm dia GI Chain Link Fencing of 100x100mm Mesh to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Cost of GI Binding Wire, Fixing bolts and rails (flat iron) shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate (If/as required).

S&F of mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built and set in cement mortar 1:6, including demolition of the existing old damaged B/W, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built and set in cement mortar 1:4, including demolition of the existing old damaged B/W, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering (Internally) 10mm thick in cement morter 1:6 on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces, one side of lathing, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering (Externally) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 in two layers on other than fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces, other side of lathing, 5mm thick top layer mixed with WPC as per Manufactures instruction, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: WPC shall be Measured and Paid as ‘Supply only’ under relevant Item.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and rough, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Forming Constraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A', complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Non-skid Ceramic heavy duty coloured parking tiles, scratch/ stain resistant 10 to 12mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and pigment over and including avg. 40mm thick fine sand bed including dismantling the existing old unserviceable paver block of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; including dismantling of existing old damaged paver block of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing glossy finished Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 with grey cement and pigments to match, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick Granite work (of any type, table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing surface treatment, preparing the surfaces even and smooth by Vaccum based sanding machine and applying by means of auto roller (Smart Painting) Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic smooth emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (as approved) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over a coat of avg. 1.0mm thick Wall care Putty (Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of Putty) (Smart Painting) including rubbing down the surfaces to obtained smooth finished surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying avg. 0.5mm thick Wall care Putty (Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of Putty) (Smart Painting) over plastered surfaces including rubbing down the surfaces to obtained smooth finished surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 27 here-in-above, but on ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of any shade, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden Surfaces of any description n exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel/ iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint of any shade, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of any shade, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high with synthetic enamel paint including necessary preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing of vegetation including roots from wall and roof of building, mouth of rain/waste water pipe, height upto 12 mtrs including necessary scaffolding works, cutting of wall/roof etc to remove complete root of vegetations and appling blue vitriol at the root of vegetation and making good the damaged portion with CM 1:4 etc. complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel/iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 450mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
