Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 12 Meter, Height, Hot Dip Galvanised High Mast Tower in Double equel section of 4 mm bottom and 3 mm top thick with minimum bottom dia. of 360 mm suitable for wind speed of minimum 180 KM/Hr, with raising lowering system comprising of head frame, luminaries' carriage suitable to install 12 Nos. of LED Luminaries in assymmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 6 mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable of 2 Runs of 5C X 2.5 Sq.mm, connector, integral power tool motor of rating not less than 1 HP, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial of GI Single Spike of suitable length mounting clamps and bolts, foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and template including providing and laying power cables (up to a distance of 15 Mtr) between panel and mast of capacity 2 times of total current rating of fittings providing and fixing suitable rated MCB in base compartment, providing foundation with M 20 grade concrete as per size of OEM Design with all materials and labour, providing necessary tools and plants for erection and testing of high mast pole and high mast two coat painted with alluminium pain etc., as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC/HDPE pipe as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC/HDPE pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of 60mm dia. G.I. pipe (medium class) in PCC Road complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (50 cm deep) and re-positioning same with PCC etc., as required (Note: Excavation of suitable size PCC Road cutting and laying of pipe in trench and re-positioning same with PCC)

Provision of MS, C-Type Channel barricading around the mast (Size 100x50x5mm thick) of 1.5mtr x 1.5mtr x 0.60mtr height above ground level (Below ground level grouting depth: 40CM) with one section entry gate, provision vertival sections 8Nos. & Horizantal section 2Nos required and full barricading painted with aviation abstraction colour of white and red strip etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing LED Luminaires from existing high mast of height not more than 10 meter handing over to AAI stores etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing 10M High Mast including control panels and dismantling of cable terminals from control panel at apron area, loading, unloading, shifting and handing over to AAI warehouse and demolishing of projected RCC existing foundation and leveling the same with PCC and disposal of material as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Demolishing cement concrete (PCC/RCC) by manually / mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation / road crossing etc., including form work etc as required.

Installation, Testing, commissioning of 10 Mtr Bajaj make high mast Systems with all accessories except LED Fittings including following activity complete as required. A. Construction of RCC foundation with 1:2:4 concrete for the high mast based on OEM Design at site with all materials and labour as required. B. Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc. purchased from OEM C. Supply and laying of power supply trailing cable of ERP insulated PCP sheathed 5CX2.5Sqmm including providing necessary connectors at both end etc. D. Servicing of existing Integral motor powered winch for lowering and raising operation of lantern carriage at inside the base compartment along with mechanical tripping facility and manual handle etc. E. Erection of the 10Meter High Mast with the help of suitable equipments and with all materials and labour etc. as required. ALL AS ABOVE 33 (A) To 33 (E)

Dismantling of existing 6M Height GI Poles including control box, light fitting and cable terminals from control box, loading, shifting, unloading, and handing over to AAI warehouse and demolishing of projected PCC/RCC existing foundation and leveling the same with PCC and disposal of material as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling, loading & unloading, re-erection, testing and commissioning of 6 Mtr. height octagonal GI Poles with solar operated LED Light fitting with all accessories. including providing necessary foundation as per the direction of Engineering-In-Charge, providing and fixing J Bolts for foundation, painting the foundation etc., as required.
