Structural repairing and maintenance of Weighbridge no. 1, 2 and 3 installed at Amlohri Project for a Period of 730 Days (Two Years).

Dismantling and removal of wornout or damaged MS plates from the top of the existing structure, along with beams of various sizes, channels, and other associated supporting structures in Weighbridge Nos. 1, 2, and 3 as per site requirements, to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the weighbridges for a period of 730 days

Installation and fixing of MS plates on the top surface of the existing weighbridge structures, along with fitting of beams of various sizes, channels, and other associated supporting structural components in Weighbridge Nos. 1, 2, and 3, as per actual site requirements by refabrication and re-erection of the structural framework, including cutting, welding, jointing etc. for a period of 730 days

Checking and adjusting the level of the platform, ensuring proper seating of load cells, maintaining correct elevation, gradient and alignement with approach ramps provide for reliable weight measurements for a period of 730 days

Miscellaneous works including checking and repairing of cracks and worn-out parts, tightening of loose nuts, bolts, washers, and other fasteners, replacement of damaged or worn-out nuts, bolts, and fasteners, and repair or replacement of damaged cable conduits to eliminate potential hazards, to be carried out as and when required or at least once every fortnight in Weighbridge Nos. 1, 2, and 3 for a period of 730 days

Supply of misceleneous consumables like bolts, fasteners, flexible and PVC pipe etc. as per requirement
