Day to day cleaning of all toilets of all HOD's rooms, common toilets and conference hall toilets etc including cost of tools required for work or as per instruction of EIC. Scope of the work: The agency has to engage - 2 Nos. Unskilled labour per day.

Day to day cleaning, sweeping of two wheeler shed and collection of rubbish and garbage from individual rooms, verandah, outer side of office and disposal of the same to dustbin or as per instruction of EIC including cost of tools required. Scope of the work: The agency has to engage - 1 No. Unskilled labour per day.

Day to day maintenance of water supply and carpentry works at G.M office and Central colony dispensary with labour cost as per instruction of EIC. Scope of the work: The agency has to engage - 1 No. Skilled and 1 No. Unskilled labour per day - Two days in a week.

Day to day maintenance of lawn, garden, flower beds, potted plants, plants and trees, planting of new plants / new lawns as and where required including watering, removal of weeds, wild vegetation etc, manuring, putting good earth, fertilisers, applying pesticides at various locations etc. as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Scope of the work: The agency has to engage - 2 Nos. Skilled labour and 2 Nos. Unskilled labour per day.
