For the erection and commissioning of one additional 40MVA T/F and concern T/F bay, following work to be carried out 132KV S/S Fatehpur under Electy. Trans. Division-Fatehpur. The job includes the following works:-

Shifting of main tank of 132/33KV, 40 MVA Transformer from unloading place to T/F plinth upto 20 meter, including turning of main tank, if required, with all other works required to complete the job satisfactorily.

Additional shifting of 40 MVA T/F for 80 meters @ 05 Mtr/job.

Complete handling & shifting of all accessories of new 40MVA T/F such as radiator, conservator, tank, bushing, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of RTCC panel, oil pipe line and all associated materials from stored/ unloading place to erection site as per requirement up to completion of job satisfactorily.

Complete erection of new 40MVA transformer by erection of radiators, conservator tank, all bushing, with their turrets connecting oil pipe lines, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap changer, RTCC panels etc. to complete the job satisfactorily including first filling of oil and topping up of transformer oil in tank, radiators, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and all other associated works for satisfactory completion of work including all arrangement of T&P and man power.

Centrifuging of complete new transformer oil of 40MVA transformer in transformer tank by connecting centrifuging pipes, circulating the transformer oil through centrifuging machine, to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV values of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising Engineer. All T&P, labor, centrifuging machine shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost during the work.

Connection of the control cables as per the new cable schedule of new 40 MVA T/F & its OLTC/RTCC panel, C & R panel, cooling fans & pumps, marshalling box etc. using existing cables including laying, dressing & binding of additional cables, if required as per site requirement and termination along with fixing of glands and ferruling as per technical specification.

Earthing of new 40 MVA T/F main body at two points by using M.S Flat 75x10 mm and connected with marshalling box and drive mechanism OLTC panel, providing the wheel stopper, making the delta points for neutral and connection with MS Flat as per site requirement. (M.S flat will be provided by UPPTCL).

Painting of earthing strip above ground level by one coat of red oxide and two coat of green color by using Asian/Burger make paints

Delta (Double Delta) earthing of 40 MVA T/F HV/LV neutral bushing by using M.S Flat 75x10 mm MS Flat and earthing electrodes including its painting of MS Flat with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of bus green enameled paint.

Jumpering of new 40 MVA T/F at HV and LV side with panther/moose conductor from bushing to LA, CT, circuit breaker and bus isolator as per requirement.

Testing of newly erected 40 MVA T/F oil by arranging appropriate equipments of following testing:- BDV, PPM, DGA, TAN DELTA, resistivity and all associated testing as per instruction.
