Sch 'A' Part-I B/R work:- Demolition of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast rcc articles and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02 above but except bricks. NOTE: Old burnt clay bricks retrieved from demolition shall be used.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for hard core of broken stones or boulders of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) as in plinth protection and paving 75mm thick laid in slope finished even and fair without using extra cement incl making joints every 2.5m and corner filled with bitumen 85/25 complete all as specified.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete in sub base for receiving floor tiles and mass concrete using Type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Finishing surfaces of concrete to be even and rough to receive the topping layer or floor tiles etc

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .
