   The tenderer should have past experience of successfully supply for 20% of the tendered quantity for tendered item to Railways/govt. departments/PSU's within the last 3 financial years and current financial year for which documentary proof to be enclosed along with offer, failing which offer will be summarily rejected. Firm shall enclose/upload with e offer documents to establish supply performance i.e. RECEIPT NOTE /RECEIPT & ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE / inspection certificates along with self-declaration by the bidder that supply has been accepted by consignee. (If firm enclose only purchase order copy & not submitted any proof of supply along with bid, the evaluation will be done on the basis of available record at purchaser end regarding supply performance , however firm will have no claim if supply performance could not be linked even if it is available & their offer is passed over based on non availability of desired document of supply performance , therefore firm are advised to enclose above mentioned document to fulfill the eligibility criteria.). Purchase Officers can consider such firms for bulk order duly keeping in view the overall performance of the firm. Furnishing of false declaration shall render termination of contract and further action as per terms and conditions of contract. Or Firms having AMC ( with successful completion for at least 1 year) for maintenance of track machines over Indian railways & AMC should contain items as mentioned in tender schedule. Firm shall enclose copy of AMC along with its successful execution for minimum period of 1 year .

   Jurisdiction of Court :- As per Para 2703 of IRS Condition of Contract the Courts of the place from where the acceptance of tender has been issued shall alone have jurisdiction to decide any dispute arising out of or in respect of the contract.

   PLASTIC WASTE MANAGEMENT RULE 2016:- It is certified that for execution of this contract, the plastic packing material or commodities which are made out of Compostable Plastic or Biodegradable Plastic shall be purchased from firms having certification by CPCB for manufacture or sale of plastic packing or commodities made from Compostable Plastic or Biodegradable Plastic as per rule 4 (4) of Plastic Waste Management rule 2016. It is also certified that we shall also not use any other category of plastic, such as Bio compostable or Oxo-degradable or Oxo- bio-degradable or the like, which are not recognized under Plastic Waste Management Rule 2016 with all amendments. ( Note:- May confirm as Yes, to certify all the above certification.)

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
