Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down and hanging during point wiring of ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any size and sweep in proper manner and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling unserviceable main switch/DBs with MCBs and wooden board including making good disturbed surface of wall.

Taking down sub main wiring of any size/capacity complete all as specified and making good disturbed sufaces to match with the existing surfaces.

Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, PVC medium grade surface casing capping not less then 20 mm width with MS sheet metal sunken switch/Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and ebonite switch board cover 3.0 mm thick or PVC moulded switch board and brass screws with cup washers including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface all as directed and specified. Note : Cutting chases and making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate.

One 3 pin 5 amp socket out point on the same board with other switches.

Refixing of DB's including MCB's of any size, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and fixing partly unserviceable LED security light fittings (building) of any make and type for necessary repair including ractifing any kind of electronic disorder/Circuit disorder/replacement of LED strip/all other accessories and make it serviceable , complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (1) Ladder to be provided by contractor. (2) Spare i.e driver shall be measured seperately.
