Civil work 1 to 22:- Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc .in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches ,stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres (HSR 6.6)

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m (a) soft/loose soil. {HSR 6.25(a)}

Extra for smooth exposed concrete finish as desired which is not to be touched or plastered but is to be left as it comes out of the shuttering for columns (square or rectangular or polygonal in plan) {HSR 9.9(45% of labour rate)}

Cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size in foundation and plinth. (HSR 10.28)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work for walls exceeding 20 cm thickness (straight and curved) beams, girders, stairs, columns,(square or rectangular) battens and lintels etc., excluding steel reinforcement but including centring and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respects. (HSR 10.86)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in footings, strips, foundations, beams, rafts, pedestals and approach slabs of bridges etc., excluding steel reinforcement but including centring and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respects, (For work upto 1.5 metres below ground level) (HSR 10.90)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in pavements, roads, taxi-tracks and runways, laid to required slope and camber, including consolidation, finishing and tamping complete. (HSR 10.132)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth (HSR 11.4)

Cement pointing 1:2 deep variety on brick and tile work (HSR 15.60 )

20 mm thick cement plaster damp proof course 1:3 with 2 coats of bitumen at 1.65 kg per sqm laid hot and sanded :- (HSR 15.77 (a) Vertical

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. (HSR 16.3)

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface (HSR 16.9)

Structure steel work in angles, tees and flats, welded including cutting fixing all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, welding rod, etc. with hoisting and creating in position:- For roof trusses, well kerbs, plates and trussed girders, etc., of any span for buildings and bridges. (HSR 18.7)

Supplying, hoisting and placing in position tubular trusses including runners, purlins, consisting of steel tubes conforming to I.S. specifications of tested quality duly welded with fillet welds 6 mm thick through-out including wind bracing. Open end of pipe sealed with 3 mm thick plate including the cost of nuts and bolts where bolts connections are specified at flange joints including one coat of ready mixed red oxide zink cromate primer of approved quality assembling and fixed in position complete in all respect (HSR 18.14)

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC incluidng straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position, complete in all respect for all heights/depths/storeys/basements etc. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separtely for different diameters as actually used in work excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. M.S. angle iron nozing of specified section including cutting to size, welding of M.S bars for embending in flooring and steps etc. fixed in position. (HSR 18.39)

Earth filling under floors with dune sand (tibba sand), brought from outside (any lead), in 15 cm layer including laying, dressing, watering ramming, consolidating, excavation, carriage, loading, unloading and compensation, etc., complete. (NS)

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick high strength galvanized colour coated steel sheets having trapezoidal profiles of approved make (I.S.I. mark) in roofing, at all height, fixed in position with self drilling screws of approved shape & make, complete in all respects as per drawing & manufacture’s specifications and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick high strength galvanized colour coated steel sheets 45 cm wide ridge having trapezoidal profiles of approved make (I.S.I. mark) at all height, fixed in position with self drilling screws of approved shape & make, complete in all respects as per drawing & manufacture’s specifications and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick high strength galvanized colour coated steel sheets 45 cm wide gutters of required shape, fixed in position with self drilling screws of approved shape and making connection with rain water pipe, complete in all respects as per drawing & manufacture’s specifications and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. (NS)

Providing and fixing marble strips of size 14mm to 17 mm and 85 mm wide in cement concrete pavement fixed in position, complete in all respects as per drawing and design or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NS)

Electrical work 23 to 41:- S/E of MCBs/isolator 240/415 V in existing distribution board including making necessary connections :- {HSR 31.17 (ii)} (i) 6 to 32 amp. MCB SP
