Clearing Scrub Jungle without alignment for the widening of the formation of the road cutting of trace up to 30mm girth products the cleaning are to be stocked in such a place as ordered by the departmental officer and the ground shall be left in a perfectly clean condition. All holes of hollows whether original, existing (or) produced by digging of roots shall than be carefully filled up the earth well rammed and leveled of and the entire work completed in all respect as per SI 17 (2).

Earth work excavation and depositing on back with an intial of 10m and lift 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, hard gravelly soil etc., as per SS 20A including laying and spreading in layer etc.complete.

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site

Providing laying and compacting red gravel in accordance with requirements of the specification materials shall be in one or more layers as necessary including watering, consolidating by the power roller rolling and all labour charges for soiling including hire charges for consolidation etc. complete.

Providing and laying Bituminious Macadam of compacted 50mm thickness using 0.20 cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.43cum of 13.2-2.36mm, 0.26 cum of 2.36mm and Below with 50.3 kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and 4.02 Kgs of Waste Plastic for 10sqm including premixing at CMP, conveyance by tipper lorry, laying by paver finisher and rolling by Vibratory Roller including cost and conveyance of all materials, hire charges of all T&P all labour charges, fuel and and all other incidental charges etc., Complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 508 of MORTH Rev-5 with Plastic waste

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (BC) of 25mm thick based on Job Mix Formula mixed in hot mix plant of drum type in one layer for overlay as shown in drawing using paving CRMB 55 penetration grade3 (IS:73) and aggregates conforming to grading 2 of Table 500 - 5 of MORT & H specifications and BC shall be laid using sensor paver finisher to the required level, grade and compacting to atleast 98% of laboratory Marshall desnity as per clause 509 complete with Plastic waste

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorisng glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be levelled, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete as per Specification.

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of "category B" raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonae/ABS moulded body and reflective panels(bi-covex reflectors)with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the lifht entering the lens face with retro - reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also fonfirm to the MORTH circular NI. RW/NH. 33023/10/97-DO.III dt 11.06.97 and the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15 mm and 90mm and base of markder shall be flat within 1.3 mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Poly carbonate or methyl methecrylate fonforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro - refloctory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq. cm.. The slope or retro - refloctory surface shall be 35 + 5 degree to base. Each 4reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH & H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be provided for better anchorage.
