Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Right of way:- Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from Right of way with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5I (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing & Laying of compacted thickness of Granular Sub Base( GSB) Grading-I Stone ballast of approved quarry by providing well graded material , specification in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface , mixed by mix in place method rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desireed density , complete as per technical specification Clause 401as per direction of E/l (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Cement Treated Subbase / Providing, laying and sperading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @2% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base. / Quantity of cement as 2 percent of quantity by weight for subbase. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Cement WBM Grading III / Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub base, cement @4 by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to acheive the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub base/base. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MORD Specification (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing, laying and rolling of Open-graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen the required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base. including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MORD Specification. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510 of MORD Specification (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from Right of way with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1..(Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

PART A Maintainance cost :- Maintainance cost will be paid year wise as per Government order No. 17/2024/SA.-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16.01.2024 and HQ UPPWD,Lucknow order No. 3689COPRMC/Mul-23-24 Date 17.02.2024

1st year- maintainance cost 0% on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)
