Providing UPVC Door and fixing casement doors fabricated from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) sections .The Profile should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mmx55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm.The window unit should be designed with all corner joint mired and fusion welded.windows should be steel reinforced with 25x24x25mm steel reinforced with thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability.The sash should be of 602x102mm. The mullion should be of 60x74mm.The profile should have coextruded seals.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. (As instructed by the Engineer at site)

Providing two coats using new Epoxy paint over one coat of Primer for pressed tiles floor after thorough scrupping, cleaning including the cost of all materials,labour,lead,lift, T & P e.t.c complete.

Providing Gutter arrangement for draining rain water from roof sheet including cost of all materials lead, lift ,T&Ps etc. complete.

Wiring with 2x4 sq.mm Pvc unsheathed copper multistand cable of 1100 V grade in suitable pvc rigid pipe in wall or ceiling with pvc accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm T.W switch box in flush with wall covered with 3mm tk. Hylum sheet for 15 amps 3pin flush type non interlocking C.S plug including pin top with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG T.C. wire for plug point. Supplying and fixing of water tight Bulk head fitting with guard (philips, bajaj, k-lite, Crompton greaves) suitable for incandescent lamp with guard and 30W LED bulb.

Earthing as per P.W.D standard with an earth electrode of 2 Mtr. Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work.(SD-234)
