Dismantling compressor of central AC plant for overhauling complete with connected copper pipe line and loading unloading mechanism & pump down the existing refrigerant in separate cylinder, disconnecting of electric motor of compressor, refrigerant line, gauges pipe and carry out the general over hauling of compressor, compressor model:- SMC/4/100, Make:- Accel (R-22) including replacement of springs, aluminium washer packing, screw, lath work, cleaning detergent, cotton waste, changing of compressor oil etc and cleaning the suction filter, oil filter, replacing the defective parts compete system for safe guard the gas with self pumping down system or with total recovery unit system incld. following operation complete all as specified & directed. (i) Charging of nitrogen Gas in unit & complete system at 300 psi pressure and checking of any dropping of pressure/ leakage up to 72 Hrs after replacement of compressor & rectification of leakage if any. (ii) Vaccumisation of complete system for minimum 2 days for dropping of vacuum pressure & rectification of leakage if any. (iii) Charging of complete system with R-22 gas for maintaining the system pressure up to HP - 175 psi & LP - 65 psi.... (iv) Measure the inlet and outdoor temperature of Chiller unit for performance checking and maintaining temp. as per require site. (v) Testing & commissioning of compressor after completion. M & L for control wiring with 1.5 Sqmm including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Checking the interlocking control and attending the compaint of Control panel wiring of AC plant and making it fully serviceable with and including all size of wires, thimble, PVC, bakelight, connection plate Nut bolt, MCB, Indicator Lamp, NO NC Block and other items. Note 01:- After intimation of breakdown by JE/ AGE E/M through telephone or verbally, the contractor should arrange the machanic to attend the complaint in side BHDC premisis within 2 hours and make them functional, if any item required the same shall be measured from particular item from schedule for complete work. Note 02: If complaint intimation is done after 1600 hrs then complaint to be attented by contractor at 800 hrs next day. Note 03 : If contractor failer to attend complaint with in time frame, the recovery of Rs400/ Hrs will be implemented.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of VFD 4 KW/5HP, Panel mounted complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including provision of 40 mm GI Tubing, light grade and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI light grade including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with CI cover, Charcol, salt, funnel, wire mesh, GI strip Up to 7.5 mtrs length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6 mm dia galvanised iron strip

Comprehensive/ Routine maintenance of AFM SYSTEM of following items:- a) HMI with 7” touch screen display -09 Nos b) Controllers for AHUs – 09 Nos c) Differential Pressure Switch; Qty-18 N0s d) Differential Pressure Sensor Air; Qty- 18 Nos e) Duct type temperature and RH Sensor; Qty- 09 Nos Note 01:- After intimation of breakdown by JE/ AGE E/M through telephone or verbally, the contractor should arrange the machanic to attendential pressure Switch for the complaint in side BHDC premisis within 24 hours and make them functional, if any item required the same shall be measured from particular item from schedule for complete work. Note 02: If complaint intimation is done after 1600 hrs then complaint to be attented by contractor at 800 hrs next day. Note 03 : If contractor failer to attend complaint with in time frame, the recovery of Rs400/ Hrs will be implemented. Note 04: All above complaint attend by original AFM OEM the cost of spares and labour for any minor or major repairs of AFM System as and when required (as recommended by the OEM SIEMENS during inspection/analysis report) shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost and rate for the same are deemed to be included in the unit rates of item as above

Supply and laying MS Plates for cable trench (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachmen complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Absolute HEPA filter of size 915x610x70 mm F.T. having rated flow 1000 CFM, static pressure drop less than 25 mm of WG and efficiency more than 99.97 down to 0.3 micron, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Absolute HEPA filter of size 610x610x70 mm B.T. having rated flow 1000 CFM, static pressure drop less than 25 mm of WG and efficiency more than 99.97 down to 0.3 micron, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of hepa filter screen complete all as specified and directed.

Hepa filter testing : OT validation as per NABH by using aerosol generator, photometer, particle counter, digital anemometer, differential pressure meter & thermo hygrometer and following test carried out : Hepa/ ULPA filter air velocity test Particle count test DOP test Room differential pressure test Temp & RH test complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note : Third party cetificate required for above test and submit this office for record purpose.

M&L for air duct cleanning filter vacuum unit having high pressure as required. Robotic video camera most be used for inspection, cleaning of duct, using robotic camera and the video film copied on CD in duplicate before and after cleaning will be kept on record of engineer in charge & other complete all as specifed and directed.
