B-NS Civil Works

IR for deployment of JCB with pneumatic breaker complete including fuel charges, 1 driver etc. as perinstruction of site engineer as per site requirement with contractor & apos;s own labour, T&P, handling & re-handling, alltaxes etc. So, nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor except the rates, whatsoever the case may be. The itemincludes all taxes, GST etc

IR for pneumatic drill for demolition of CC, brick, washable apron, RCC or any other hard structurescomplete all. Rate including all ascent, descent, crossing of Nallah, track and other obstacles including cost of diesel,petrol, operator and other incidental charges complete job, in all respect so nothing is to be paid extra except theaccepted rates, what so ever the case may be.
