Supply & Fixing 240V, 3nos. 6A, & 1no. 16A, multi pin Modular type plug sockets with Modular type switches (Brand approved by EIC), 16A Modular switch type MCB (C-Curve)/Fuse and Indicator without plug top on 2 row 18 Module GI Modular type switch board with 2 row 18 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necessary connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supplying new 230V, 50Hz, 1200mm sweep, ceiling fan, model Rapid Air or equivalent, Orient/ Crompton Greaves make or equivalent make.

Supplying, fixing & connection of Cabtree/ISI make 240 V, 25A Modular type socket, 25A, Modular type starter (Brand approved by EIC) with 25AModular switch type DP MCB (C-Curve) and (4+2) Module GI Modular type switch board with (4+2) Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necessary connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supplying new 25A plug top, 3pin with indicator, 220/230V, AC, Cabtree/ Anchor or equivalent make.

Supplying 400mm sweep oscillating type wall fan, model- Wall41, Orient make or equivalent.

Supplying, fixing & connection of changeover timer approved make for operating the above room air conditioner machines as per requirement.

Supply & Fixing 240V, 6A, 5pin Modular type plug socket without plug top & 6A Modular type switch (Brand approved by EIC), on existing surface mounting Modular type switch board with top cover plate and making necessary connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc. all complete.

Distribution point wiring with 2x1sq.mm PVC insulated FR/HRFR 1100Vgrade (Havells/ Finolex/ISI make) single core copper conductor conforms to IS:694 in 20mm size PVC casing & capping/rigid conduit pipe (Prestoplast/Precision/ISI make) with all accessories as required to light/fan points with piano type switch (Brand approved by EIC) fixed on GI / PVC switch board with top cover plate on wall with all necessary connections including mending good damages to original finish.

Supplying and fixing double door horizontal TPN MCB Distribution board 4 way for MCCB/ Isolator incomer with IP-42/43 protection, on angle iron frame on wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment Legrand or equivalent make.

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB Legrand or equivalent make of breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection i) 32A, DP, MCB

S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supplying of 1.5sqmm 3core multicore round FR PVC insulated copper conductor (sheathed) flexible cables 1100V conforms to IS: 694 Havells or equivalent make & laying in ISI make PVC rigid conduit along with all required & necessary connections.

Supplying of 2.5sqmm 3core multicore round FR PVC insulated copper conductor (sheathed) flexible cables 1100V conforms to IS: 694 & laying in ISI make PVC rigid conduit along with necessary connections.

Supplying of 4sqmm 3core multicore round FR PVC insulated copper conductor (sheathed) flexible cables 1100V conforms to IS: 694 & laying in ISI make PVC rigid conduit along with necessary connections.

Supplying and fixing 2way MCB SS enclosure (ISI make) with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for two pole MCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment.

Supplying 4core 10sqmm PVC/XLPE insulated armoured power cable 1100V grade with aluminium conductors, Gloster/ Havells or equivalent make, conforms to IS with latest amendments.

Laying of above cables on wall/ surface including S&F MS clamp with earthing attachment in 2x10 SWG GI wire, making holes etc. as necessary & mending good damages.

S&F compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of the following cables 4core 95sqmm

Finishing the end of the above armoured cable by crimping method including s/f solderless socket (Dowels make), insulated tapes etc. & jointing materials & making connection to the switch.

Fixing only fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduits (14 SWG) supports incl. S&F EI conduit, ball socket/socket type ceiling plate and connecting the length of PVC insulated copper wire and painting etc. as required.

Extra for suspension exceeding 25 cm with S&F additional 2nos. 20 mm dia. EI conduit (14 SWG) supports & necessary PVC insulated copper wire and painting etc. as required.

Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting complete with all accessories as required directly on wall/ceiling/HW block and suitable size of MS fastner etc. as required.

Fixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc. incl. S&F connecting wire for down rod up to 30 cm incl. painting the rod with approved paint and making necessary connection as required by flexible copper wire.

Fixing the wall mounting fan on wall along with all required & necessary connections.

Extra for suspension ceiling with supply necessary down rod along with all required & connections.

Earthing with Copper plate (610x610x3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25x5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (4 mt. long) to be fillied with bitumen, partly under the ground level & partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed incl. providing 3.0 mt long, 25 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) for periodic treatment, incl. providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36x86.36x46cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm width, duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56x35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer and treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrod.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm copper strip on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments including drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge 25mm dia GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required.

Labour charges for dismantling the existing wirings, fitting & accessories & depositing the same to the authority.
