Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure, comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregates, water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1., sand and coarse aggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS: 9012 respectively, water cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000 kg/cum, strength not less than 25 Mpa and workmanship conforming to clause 2807.6.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.as per morth specification no 305

Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.

Applying epoxy mortar over leached honey combed and spaled concrete and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per technical specification

Construction of K & C drain on both side of patries with cement concrete 1:4:8 (Cement , sand and 40 mm guage brick ballast), M-150 brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar and finished with struck pointing 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc complete as required for proper completion of the work.

Construction of chute drain average size 0.45 x 0.30 m on the slope of embankment of approach from road surface edge to ground level with cement concrete 1:4:8 (Cement, sand and 40 mm guage brick ballast), M-150 brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar and finished with struck pointing 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc complete as required for proper completeion of the work.

Brick soling with straight over burnt bricks laid on edge and dry including preparation of sub-grade to required camber, filling joints with local earth spreading blinding coats 1 cm. deep of local earth including SI. 762(b)

Filter media granular materials/stone aggregates behind abutment Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.710.1.4.of IRC:78 and 2200

Painting or Vanishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & one coat of approved superior ready mixed paint of clear syuthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the I.S.I. No. 103 1950. S.I. No. 641
