Repair and Maintenance work of office of Bulandshahr Circle, PWD, Bulandshahr building

M-150 brick work in 1:4 one cement & four coarse sand in Super Structure including all type of taxes,octroi,toll taxes,labour cess ,cost of all material,labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per Direction of E/I.But Excluding GST. As per DSR 6.4.2

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under,including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints & preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand)including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Including Supply of all materials, Labour ,T&P etc & Also Including All taxes,labour cess, Royalty Etc But Excluding GST As per DSR 14.1.1

Supply and laying Vitrified tiles in 600 x 600 mm sizes of tile (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved brand & manufacturee, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, led with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conferming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness including grouting of joint. (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). including use of chequered plate wherever required,all complete. including all type of taxes,octroi,toll taxes,labour cess ,cost of all material,labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per Direction of E/I.But Excluding GST.As Per DSR 11.46.2

Providing and fixing G.I. Pipes 15 mm complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c making good the walls etc. concealed pipe, including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall : As per DSR 18.11.1 including all taxes royalty,labour cess. But excluding GST.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes 20 mm complete, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes and fitings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. including all taxes royalty,labour cess. But excluding GST.As per DSR 18.8.2

Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms. But excluding GST.As Per DSR No.18.51.1.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI:12701 marked (Sintex or equivalent ) with cover and suitable locking arrangment and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. . and including labour cess. But excluding GST.As Per DSR No.18.48

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504.Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, royality, Labour cess, all taxes complete. But excluding GST.
