Tender for annual work contract for anit-wedding treatment,Anti-rodent treatment,paste contraoland grass cutting inside and outside yard atall 33 KV Substation ,division ,all sdn office ,and all section office as per requirment under Maintenance scheme (2026-27)under ballarshah division.

(a) the bidder should have at least 3 years experience as a prime contractor in the construction of works of a similar nature and complexity to that required under this contract, Such works should include anti weeding treatment and anti rodent treatmen.

(b) the bidder should have a average annual turnover during the last three financial years (i.e., FY-2022-23,2023-24,2024-25) which is at least equivalent to 30% of the Estimated cost of the Works; and

(c) General Experience: The Bidder should have executed either (i) a single order equivalent to at least 40% of the Estimated Cost of the Works , or (ii) two orders equivalent to at least 45% of the Estimated Cost of the Works, or (iii) three orders equivalent to at least 50% of the Estimated Cost of the Works in any sector during the last Five financial years I same nature of work (i.e., FY.2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24,2024-25,2025-26); and

(d) Specific Experience: The Bidder should have prior experience in executing a single order of similar nature of work in distribution sectors/ systems with a minimum value of equivalent to at least 40% of the Estimated Cost of the Works, whichever is more, during the last Five financial years (i.e., FY.2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24,2024-25,2025-26); and

(e) the Bidder should possess a valid license to sell, stock or exhibit for sale or distribution of insecticides or pesticides of Govt of Maharashtra as per insecticide act 1968

(f) the Bidder should be registered as a contractor/ equipment supplier/ vendor with the GST authorities at the time of submission of the bid; and

(g) The bidder shall have a sufficient networth which prove that their networth (Which is defined as Net value of assets minus net value of liabilities) of not less than positive Networth.

(h) Bidder have to submit the satisfactory performance certificate against their work executed in different company.
