Six monthly and Yearly maintenance/Labour Charges towards carrying out the maintenances of Fire Tender make TATA under CISF, Fire Wing, Pardip Port Trust as per the scope of work, general terms and conditions mentioned in the Tender Document excluding GST. To quote special services like overhauling, calibration & testing of Main Engine fuel pumps, turbochargers, fuel injectors, steering unit, clutch, gearbox\ , body work, Pressure Gauges, Weigh Machine and other Components. (Firms to quote only labour charges excluding GST).

Complete dismantling of front and rear wheel bearing hubs. Regreasing or renewal of bearings, adjust wheel bearing play.

Pneumatic braking system to be checked and complete overhauling of the system.

Complete overhauling of Suspension system including change of bushes ,leaf spring etc. as required.

Compelete overhauling of Propeller shaft and differential unit

Complete overhauling of clutch unit.

Complete overhauling of Manual Steering gear box.

Complete overhauling of hydraulic steering gear box.

Overhauling of Self Starter.

Overhauling of Alternator.

Overhauling of Fuel injection pump.

Overhauling of Injector.

Servicing of Turbocharger.

Repair/replacement of Body per sq.ft and painting of the repaired area including materials.

Complete engine overhauling except Turbo Charger, Fuel pump and injector.

Overhauling of FW valves fitted on Fire tender ( approx size 65 NB Valves, Butterfly valves ( 100NB & 150 NB ), Quote including materials for overhauling.

Service Engineer charges for common rail fuel pump fault diagnosis

Overhauling of commonrail Fuel injection pump.

Callibration of pressure gauges from NABL approved laboratory

Callibration of Weigh machine from Govt. approved Vendor or from Govt. Approved laboratory.

Fire tender wiring fault ( short circuit, electronic circuit, open circuit ) to be repaired/renewed.

In addition to labour charges, the spares will be supplied by PPT, in case of emergency if the spares are not available with PPT then the firm shall supply spares to meet the emergency and cost of spares shall be paid as per actual including applicable taxes and transportation , certified by the end users. ( no handling charges will be paid to firm)
