French spirit polishing : One or more coats on old work

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 oarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes

Providing and fixing 15- 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing golden champ wood chowkhat (kiln seasoned) 4 1/2" x 2 1/4"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and painting two coats of wood preserver to sides of chowkhats. The rate includes the cost of iron hinges, all necessary Aluminium fittings and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Providing and fixing 2'-0” deep cupboard /cabinet consisting of 19mm thick commercial board and 6mm thick ply on back side, making shelves in cabinet 1mm mica on outer side . The rate further includes the cost of lipping, piano hinges, cupboard lock, screws, nails, 2 nos. fancy s.s. handles, 2 nos. magnetic catchers, fevicol and painting two coats over one priming coat and preparation of surface on board and ply surface complete in position as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board with lipping all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with Alum. handle (with base plate) and magnetic catcher. The board surface is to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface, complete frame is to be fixed with iron nails etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction ofthe Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
