Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth and getting out any type of soil

PCC type S2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggr) in foundations, filling and mass Conc

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6

M&L hard-core of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface in broken stone or boulders

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor

M&L for 15mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering on brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surface finish even and smooth (without using extra cement) with IWPC measured and paid separately)

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with sovent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail Panelling of plan colour PVC sheet to fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet. Beading and joined together with solvent cement S & F in the frame at site as per specification and drawing.

S &F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.45mm to 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed

M &L preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed

S & F mild steel works in tubular trusses and tubular posts, Angle iron, flat or any other sections, cut to shape bent to required size including welding, nut and bolt with special shaped washers etc, complete confirming to IS 1161-1979 graded St 240 with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint

Excavating in trenches nexc 1.5m wide and 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil as in foundations

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25c in hard dense soil

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point in soils

M & L For salt glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified of dia 150mm internal bore

M & L for PCC 1”4”8 type D2 as concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely
