Emergent protection work of culverts

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Technical Specifications Clause 201 for Rural Roads of MORD. (I) By Manual Means b) In area of thorny jungle

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. (I) By Manual Means c) Reinforced Cement Concrete

Cleaning and removing conservancy garbage mixed with rubbish & other filthy materials from the road side flank, drain and compound including cutting, loading, unloading to and from truck or cart by Mathor labour & removing the same to any distance.

Cleaning the exposed corroded Reinforcement as well as worn out concrete by sand blasting with air compressor including all materials, hire charges of machineries and labour etc. all complete as per technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing anti-corrosive protective coating to inhibit the corrosion to HYSD reinforcements including two coats of anti-corrosive coatings of consumption as per manufacturer's specification, cleaning etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete

Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure, comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregates, water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1., sand and coarse aggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS: 9012 respectively, water cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000kg/cum, strength not less than 25 MPa and workmanship conforming to clause 2807.6. (40 mm average thickness.)

Extra for using approved H.B netting in every third layer in 16 & 17 of subhead A above in any floor

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy.

Sealing of crack/porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.

Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar (25mm nominal thick) applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete as per Technical specification.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for Chipping of concrete surface before taking up Plastering work.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 20mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE: Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m

Excavation for Structures Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. II. In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by mechanical means (using excavator of suitable capacity). (i) Depth upto 3m (ii) Without pumping out water

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches with good earth in layers not exceeding 15cm. including watering and ramming layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation or from fresh excavation of land arranged by Department within a lead of 150m.

Filling properly the empty sausage crates with boulders of any size & shape with hand packing after preparation of bed of placement, placing the crate in position, carriage of boulders from road stacks with a lead upto 150m etc. complete in all respect including stitching the rest of the crate with wire (passage for filling boulders) after filling up the crate with boulders and launching the crate in position if necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. [Rate provided is inclusive of the cost of stone boulders and sausage crate]

Weaving wire mattress as directed with wire of 4mm dia. and making sausage crate of required shape after tying all intersections including joining longitudinal ends, closing ends of sausage, carriage of wire to site of work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of supply of G.I. wire. (With 100mm x 100mm mesh.)

Providing and laying Flooring complete as per drawing and Technical specifications laid over cement concert bedding. II. Cement Concrete blocks Grade M15

Curtain wall complete as per drawing and Technical specification II. Cement concrete Grade M15

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction.(b) Where staging is not required.

Add GST @ 18% on Rs. 23,58,897.38 i.e. total amount over item no. 1 to 22

Add Labour Welfare Cess @ 1% of Rs. 27,83,498.91 i.e. total amount Item No. 1 to 23
