Taking LT supply shutdown, disconnecting all electrical connection, taking down existing old / unservicable LT panel from its position incl all accessories and demolishing old plateform complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for alternate arrangment of LT Supply with suitable capacity of LT cables if uninterrupted power supply is required as and when directed by Engr-in-charge. No extra cost will be paid to the contractor on this account.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning LT control panel outoor type powder coated weather, dust & vermin proof made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet front and back openable door, angle iron frame and locking arrangement including suitable working space in bus bar chamber, cable box chamber suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 415V, 50 Hz, AC bus bars with PVC sleeves/ tape RYB colours for phases identification fixed on insulation support for RYB & neutral to all out going cable and fixed on raised PCC platform base with PCC 1:2:4 with control wiring, cable gland & lugs etc and comprising the following.(Loc- ADC Per Line) (i) 600 A aluminium bus bar TPN system. (ii) Digital and programmable multifunction meter for all parameter with 03 Nos CT's of suitable capacity - 01 No (iii) LED indication lamp RYB with toggle switch for phase indication- 01 Set of three (iv) MCCB 4 Pole 415 volts AC 50 Hz 250 Amps 36 kA, Ics= 100% Icu, adjustable thermal magnetic release - 01 No (Incomer) (v) MCCB 4 Pole 415 volts AC 50 Hz 100 Amps 36 kA, Ics= 100% Icu, adjustable thermal magnetic release- 03 No (Outgoing) (vi) Change over switch ON load 250 Amps, 4 Pole, AC, 50 Hz, 415 Volt -01 (Incomer)

Dismantling & Re-Installation of BBT at 'J' Block Sub Stn to other locations as per existing C&S Make Sandwich type 800Amp/SBA80N1, 4Pole (3 Phase 4 wire system) Distribution Line with aluminium bus bar, Enclosure is made of up 1.6mm thick Electro Galvanised GI sheet with 2 Nos of External Aluminium Earth strip complete all as directed. Note : During the execution of the work Engineer/Technician of the OEM of Bus bar having minimum 3 yearsof experience to be present at site.

Dismantling & Re-Installation of BBT at 'J' Block Sub Stn from transformer to incomper LT Panel 2500 Amp C&S make, 4Pole (3 Phase 4 wire system) Distribution Line with aluminium bus bar, Enclosure is made of suitable thickness to the existing bus bar trunking Electro Galvanised GI sheet with 2 Nos of External Aluminium Earth strip, including joints, bends, flats and other accessories as per site requirement for fixing the bus bar turnking at LT Panel to complete all as directed. Note : During the execution of the work Engineer/Technician of the OEM of Bus bar having minimum 3 yearsof experience to be present at site.

Cutting and Dismantelling of existing 200 mm dia (approx) chiller pipe line ( covered with insulation material) incl supports by grander/hexa blade as per site requirement and making good the surface as matching to the existing and deoposite to the MES Store Yard of the material retrieved from cutting/dismatelling including RCC foundation as required to fix LT Panel at 'J' Block Sub Stn complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Straight Length with 2PIP (Stagger design)- 2000 MM, C&S Make BBT,Sandwich type 800Amp/SBA80N1, 4Pole (3 Phase 4 wire system) Distribution Line with aluminium bus bar, Enclosure is made of up 1.6mm thick Electro Galvanised GI sheet with 2 Nos of External Aluminium Earth strip , natching to existing C&S make BBT,all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of 800Amp/ (SBA80N1) End feed unit with Flange End with MCCB 630 Amp,C & S make MCCB, 4P, 50KA, Model - CSE4S630ATM4P- 630 (Rotary- EHW1 - 400 - 630 & Spreader CSET4044 - WB1) complete all as directed. Note : outgoing Cable Connection rates are measured saperately.

Supply & fix in replacement of Plug In Box B-Type 250 Amps with 250 Amp MCCB C&S make ,4P ,25KA - Model CSE2M250ATM4P-250A (Rotary- EHW1-250 & Spreader-CSET2504-ST)

Supply & fix in replacement of bend, Provosion Flat, Elbow, Edge Elbow and degree Bend as per site requirement for fixing of 800 Amp/ (SBA80N1) complete all as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of Joint Kit for Sandwich 800Amp/SBA80N1, 4Pole (3 Phase 4 wire system) Distribution Line.

Supply & fix in replacement of Shear off Nut for Sandwich 800Amp/SBA80N1, 4Pole (3 Phase 4 wire system) Distribution Line.

Supply & fix in replacement of M-8 Hardware for Sandwich 800Amp/SBA80N1, 4Pole (3 Phase 4 wire system) Distribution Line.

Dismantling of 800Amp BBT of any type Distribution Line without disturbing the existing BBT Line on the same support structure.

S & F BBT Suporting Structure of suitable size, length, width including fastener all as per site requirement for Sandwich type 800Amp/SBA80N1, 4Pole (3 Phase 4 wire system) Distribution Line.

M& L for dismatling of existing LT ACB Panel of 2500 Amp capacity, of L & T make and model careful disconnection of Bus Bar Trunking (BBT) end feed unit, tagging and securing all terminations, and safely putting aside the panel and accessories for subsequent reinstallation at another designed slot along the same electric line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement LT Bus Coupler of 2500 Amp symmetric type, designed for integration with the existing indoor LT Panel including necessary modification and extension of bus bar links within the bus bar chamber using aluminum bus bars rated for 2500 Amps for all phases and neutral. The panel shall be totally enclosed , suitable for 1100 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, and factory-fabricate, fully compartmentalized construction using 2 mm thick CRCA steel sheet for load-bering section and 2 mm thick non-load-bearing portions. The enclosure shall be vermin-proof, with IP-54 protection conforming to IS 8623, and finished with powder-coated paint. The scope includes the following: (a) Panel wiring and terminations (b) Fabrication and installation of angle iron/flat iron framework and supports (c) Integration of ACB 2500 Amp, 4 Pole, suitable for 3 phase, 50 Hz, 50 kA, electrically operated, draw-out type, microprocessor-based -1 No, duly interconnected and mounted as per site conditions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for refixing the dismantled LT ACB Panel of 2500 Amp capacity,existing make/model L&T, including precise alignment and mechanical anchoring at the designed slot within the existing indoor LT Panel assembly including connection of Bus Bar Trunking (BBT), end feed unit, ensuring proper phase alignment and settings, securing all terminations and installation of all required accessories for safe opration complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down old U/S cable from wall/trench/roof any height and Supply, laying (laying in ducts/trenches/on walls/ fixing on existing cable tray with new saddles & clamps etc as per site requirement), jointing, testing and commissioning with new XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sqmm x 3.5 Core in trench/ on pole/ in duct complete all as specified and directed. Note:-1. The cost of AI thimbles / lugs/clamps/fastner and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover and Cable joints will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this sch.

Bringing fault detector machine with skilled tradesmen to detecting the fault by inducing the high potential in any sizes of LT cables and marked the place where fault detected and testing after rectifying the fault all as directed.

Material and labour for Heat shrinkable LT 1.1 KV straight through joint suitable for aluminium cable of Size 300 Sqmm to 400 Sqmm x 3.5 core all as specified .

Ditto all as per item No 23 but for 185 Sqmm to 240 sqmm x 3.5 core .

Ditto all as per item No 23 but for 70 Sqmm to 150 sqmm x 3.5 core .

Excavating in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as directeld and sand cover to under ground cable complete all as directed. Note : The penned thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement purpose.

Supplying laying, brick sub class 'B' common burnt laid in trenches for cable protection complete all specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for road cutting, including excavation, returning filling in, spreading, leveling well ramming in layers, soling with broken boulders/stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismentling the existing road, premix, carpeting 25 mm thick using ready mix patch mate material, rolled and compacted for road patch repair work to match with the existing road, complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of GI pipe of 100 mm nominal dia light grade with all fittings laid in trenches or under road crossing or fixed to walls/poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 32 here-in-before but for GI pipe of 80 mm dia size.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB, four pole, 415 volts, adjustable type of capacity 250 Amps, 36 KA, Ics= 100% Icu, adjustable type thermal- magnetic release, including spreader terminals, phase barriers, thimbles of suitable size etc and making electric connections in LT panel / Tap off box including taking down old unserviceable MCCB, complete all as directed.

All as per items No. 34 here-in-before but 400 Amp, 36 KA capacity

All as per items No. 35 here-in-before but 160 Amp, 36 KA capacity

Attending breakdown / inspection of LT ACB of any make EDO / MDO type and rating 630 Amps to 2500 Amps as per existing make and model by authorised service engineer to check and replace any spares related breakdown & making the ACB serviceable complete all as specified and as directed. (i) All Measuring equipments, T&P and Any other minor or major items required for smooth functiong of ACB will have to be arranged by Contractor himself and for this purpose no extra cost will be paid.

M&L for painting of old painted surface of MS support structure upto height of 8 mtr (BBT structre at CTVS and other Location) by cleaning internally & externally, brushing / scraping rusted surface cleaning stains & grease spots with thinner & sand paper and preparing the surface for painting the cleaned surface with two (02) coat of synthetic enamel aluminium paint to achieve good finish by spray painting machine carefully and covering the pole numbers, name of machine/parts to prevent from fall of paint drops on the poles/supporting structure/truss including writing, number, letter etc if req on newly painted surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The aluminium shade of paint will be decided by Engr-in-Charge & no extra payment will be paid on this account.

S&F in replacemnet of tap off box enclosure metal body type with provision of interlock to prevent removal when outgoing device is in ‘ON’ position and with provision of interlock to prevent turned 'ON' MCCB When the tap-off unit cover is ‘OPEN’, suitable for aluminium busbar trunking upto capacity 800 Amps, 3 phase, 4 wire including suitable neutral link & glands and MCCBs of ratings from 400 Amps, 4 pole, 36 kA, Ics=Icu Thermal magnetic release type complete of existing make, cat part number and must be compatible with existing BBT system complete all as per site requirement & as directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F in replacemnet of on load changeover switch 400 Amp, 415 V AC, 4 Pole with all accessories and to be fix in existing panel / enclosoure complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacemnet of on load changeover switch 400 Amp, 415 V AC, 4 Pole with all accessories including sheet steel enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacemnet of on load changeover switch 200 Amp, 415 V AC, 4 Pole with all accessories including sheet steel enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of automatic transfer switch (ATS) of 200 Amps capacity, 04 pole, 415 volt, 50 Hz having automatic/manual control with inbuilt time delay, protection against single phasing, over voltage, under voltage and inbuilt phase correction, with steel enclosure complete with all accessories, complete all as directed.

Attending breakdown /inspection of automatic transfer switch (ATS) / on load changeover switch of capacity 200- 630 Amps, 04 pole, 415 volt, 50 Hz to check, repair and replace any spares related breakdown to make them serviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing of Automatic Power Factor Control (APFC) Panel of any capacity & make for making serviceable and smooth functioning of automatic switching of capacitor banks. servicing by cleaning of complete panel with electric blower, checking all check points/terminal points, checking complete control wiring & power cable connecting to main incoming also with capacitor to heavy duty contactor and including cable tray for carrying the wires complete to the operation of APFC relay, ammeter, voltmeter, LED indicator etc, carrying out repair for making APFC panel serviceable including replacement of all minor & major worn out parts, rewiring wherever required with using 2.5 sqmm, FRLS, multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable, tunning of circuit, repair of APFC relay, duty contactor & capacitor banks, servicing of ventilating fan, replacement of nut bolt / door hinges as required and any other spare which is required to make panel fully automatic switching of capacitor banks including taking out of old wiring/worn out spare parts & testing up to entire satisfaction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. The cost of control cable, minor spare parts required for making serviceable and smooth functioning of APFC panel deemed to be included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Major spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items as supply only. 3. Any other activity / minor items not listed/covered here above and required during /completing the work for smooth functiong of system will have to be arranged by Contractor himself and for this purpose no extra cost will be paid.

Supply only in replacement of micro controller automatic power factor control relay, 415 volts, 50Hz, suitable for APFC Panel upto 8 stage off different capacities and making all connection in existing panel complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only in replacement of micro controller automatic power factor control relay, 415 volts, 50Hz, suitable for APFC Panel 12 stage off different capacities and making all connection in existing panel complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only in replacement of 7% detuned copper wound reactor of capacity upto 25 KVAr Capacity and making all connection in existing panel complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only in replacement of fan of 150 mm sweep size, 230 v, 50 Hz AC, alongwith filter & thermostate switch to disipate the heat librated by the capacitor bank installed in APFC panel complete with automatic switching ON / OFF of fan depending upon the temperature alongwith control wiring for the ventilating fan in the panel including all necessary arrangement for proper fixing & functioning of fan and system complete all as specified and directed.

Attending breakdown / inspection of automatic power factor control (APFC) panel of any capacity and make to check, repair and replace any spares related breakdown to make the system serviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of electric insulated tape 18mm width, 20M length suitable for cable insulation.

S & F rusted/old plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge thickness,including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, with Pre- Painted galvanized aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, including dismanteling of old sheets complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Shed shall be erected on the existing steel structure at minimum height 10 mtr to cover the BBT at CTVS Sub Stn to Switch Room/AC Plant.

Demolation and dismanteling of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as directed.

M&L in repair for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring of pathway complete all as spd and directed.

M& L for 60mm thick Machine pressed precast paver block M-35 grade laid over sand cushioning after consolidation set and levelled the paver block on proper level with inter locking and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and as directed Note: sand cushion will be measured separetely.

M & L for 50 mm thick sand cusion for paver blocks complete spreading, levelling etc all as directed.

S&F in replacement 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, complete all as specified & directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) bends of dia 110 mm complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in filling foundation , sub base of floor and mass concrete complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m main radius in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified.

M/L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface finished fair and even in CM 1:4, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two coat of cement based paint over one coat primer etc Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading of 20 mm graded coarse aggregate without any dust/sand or dry grass suitable for sub station as insulation mat.

Supply and spreading of 40 mm graded coarse aggregate without any dust/sand or dry grass suitable for sub station as insulation mat.

Note:- for item No 1 to 70 :- (i) It is not mandatory to hand over the work site/ bldg to the Cotractor in one stretch. (ii) It may be handed over in peace-meal as and when the site/ bldg are vacated or shut down given by the user including Sunday/ Holiday/ Night hours Contractor shall make/ changes the execution plan accordingly. Any claim what so ever on this account shall not be admissible. (iii) Rate quoted by the Contractor shall be deemed to include on this account.
