Almirah Steel Large (FD-1031)
(a) Taking out of broken door shutter from Almirah Large Steel and re-fixing the same existing door shutters in original position with pin type new steel hinges of existing size duly welded as required including denting . All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) Removing the worn out u/s handle from the almirah and providing/fixing of new handle chromium plated heavy duty as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.
(c) Removing the worn out u/s lock from almirah and providing/fixing with new lock 6 lever with deuplicate key ISI marked with round shape of MS key plate as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE duly fixed as per drawing.
(d) Removing the worn out u/s 3 way locking device and providing/fixing the new one in its original postion as per drg.
(e) Removing the worn out u/s leg and providing / fixing the new leg made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick in its original position duly welded as per drg.
(f) Taking out of u/s worn out shelf and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick. All as shown on drg.
(g) Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of almirah steel large by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/pitted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer Metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Charpoy GI Pipe with Ply Top (FD-220)
(a) Remove the existing unserviceable Ply wood from Charpoy GI Pipe and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(b) Removing the unserviceable/broken check nuts form GI charpoy & supply and fix 6mm thick GI Medium grade check nuts suitable for 32mm dia GI pipe all as specified and shown on drawings.(Each check nut will be measured as single unit)
(c) Removing the unserviceable broken 3 way GI elbow from GI charpoy and S & F 32 mm dia GI medium grade 3 way elbow ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Each GI Elbow shall be measured as single unit)
(d) Removing the existing unserviceable/broken long rail from GI charpoy and S & F new long rail of GI tubing 32mm including cutting, threading and bringing the GI charpoy into the original shape as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in- Charge. (Make: TATA/JINDAL).
(e) Making short rails obtained from item No 4.04 above and fixing all as shown on drawing.
(f) Making legs out of unserviceable long/short rails obtained from item 4.04 and 4.05 above including cutting, threading and fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Repair/Re-canning of Chair Easy (FD-229) Remove of existing unserviceable under mentioned members and providing the new one made out of 1st class HW well seasoned (Teak) and fixing the same in its original position as per drg :

Chair CB Steel With Arm [FD-75(M)]
(a) Removing the worn out paint by scraping from the steel surface, necessary preparation of surface for painting and welding wherever required, two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamelled paint olive green over a coat of Metal primer after dent/bent portion. Wooden surface should be black polish to required glazed and shine.
(b) Removing the worn out u/s seat frame and providing/fixing the new one of existing size made out of 1st class teak wood duly re-caning with new plastic cane 2mm thick oval shape for general weaving and 4mm thick plastic cane for beading all around as show in drg. Wooden frame should be finished with black polish and fix in its original position with required screw(plastic cane type-I HDPE).
(c) All as per item 6.02 here-in-before but back frame.
(d) Removing the worn out u/s handle made out of H.W(T.W) well seasoned and providing/fixing of exisiting size and shape with required screw after finish with black polish.

(a) Removing of old and unserviceable top of table 900 x900 x760 mm steel and S&F new top made out of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (ISI Marked) exterior grade one side teak veneered finish and other side having balancing white lamination with 19 x 4 mm teakwood beading all around the top and polishing the wooden frame shall be with french polish(to the entire satisfaction subject to minimum two coats ) including preparation of surfaces by scrapping /smoothing the surface all specified and shown on drawing.
( b) Painting to steel frame of table 900 x900x 760 mm steel by synthetic enamelled paint(min two coats) olive green colour including preparation of old painted surfaces by scrapping out old dirt staints etc to the entire satisfaction. (Painting shall be done by using compressure spray machine)
(c) Electric welding to the broken /dislocated 25 x 25 mm square tube rails of tables 900 x900x 760 mm steel , length of welding exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm ( each spots measured separately) thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm , complete all as directed.
(d) Removing old unserviceable rubber shoes from the legs of 900 x900x 760 mm and S&F new rubber shoes off approved quality and tightly fitted and the bottom of legs all as specified and shown on drawing.
Table Office Clerk Wooden (DB-4120)
(a) Removing of old and u/s top of table office clk and S& F new top made out of 18/19 mm thick Prelaminated particle board teak veneered finish and provided with beading of teak wood size 19 x 4mm alround the top fixed with 20mm pannel pin complete all as directed and as shown on drawing.
(b) Removing of old and u/s drawers of table office clk and S& F new drawers made out of Ist class teak wood well seasoned and 6mm thick ply wood (5 ply) commercial BWR gde complete all as directed and as shown on drawing.

Top will be covered with Almn sheet 20 gauge.
(b) Removing the existing steel long rail from Table Dining ORs and S & F new steel long rail of size : 25mm x 25mm x 1.6mm thick, 1575mm long. All as shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
(c) Remove the existing MS legs from Table Dining ORs and S & F new leg made out of 25mm x 25mm x MS tube 1.6mm well thickness. All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as shown on drg.

(a) Repair of side rack with 3 tray Steel by means of denting ,welding & scrapping wherever required making the frame in its original position and making functionel all as per drg and directed by engr- in- charge.
(b) Removing of unsv MS angle iron fromSide rack with 3 tray steel and S & F new MS angle iron to side rackwith 3 tray steel closed type in its originzl position as per drg & making functional.
(c) Removing of unsv shelves of side rack with 3 tray steel and S & F new shelves made of 1 mm thick MS Sheet in its originnal position as per drg & making functional.
(b) Remove old worn out paint from side rack with 3 tray steel byscraping with required grade of sand paper and. The rack shall be painted with two coat of spray painting by synthetic enamelled paint OG/Grey colour over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Chair Writing Steel (FD/E6/MAP/12) Replace the following worn out parts of Chair writing Steel as shown in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge :-
(a) Seat shall be 12mm thick hot pressed plywood Upholstered with febric and moulded polyurethene foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethene foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic meter thick and hardness 20 kg on humpden machine.
(b) Back shall be 12mm thick hot pressed plywood Upholstered with febric and moulded polyurethene foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethene foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic meter thick and hardness 20 kg on humpden machine.
(c) Hand rest shall be made of black integral skin polyurethene with 75-85 shore 'A' Hardness & Reinforced with MS insrest. It shall be scratch and wheather Resistant Size 210mm (Inner) and 230mm (Outer).
(d) All as per item No 1.07 here-in-before but for Chair writing Steel.
Charpoy IP Folding [FD-388(R)]
(a) Remove the existing unserviceable Ply wood from Charpoy ip sq with ply and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(b) All as per Item No 1.07 here-in-before but for Charpoy IP Folding.

(f) Removing of old worn out u/s bottom wdn bearers of sofa set 2 seater and providing /fixing new one made out of Teak wood well seasoned in existing shape and size and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(g) Remove the existing unserviceable sofa cushion from sofa set 2 seated and supply and fixing the new cushion 100 mm thick x 40 density of size 530x560mm covered with new tapestry cloth duly stitched.Make: Kurlon/sleep well
(h) All as per Item 3.11 here-in-before but for sofa set 2 seater.
Charpoy IP Square Tube [FD-388(R)]
(a) Remove the existing unserviceable Ply wood from Charpoy ip sq with ply and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(b) All as per item No 1.07 here-in-before but for Charpoy Hard Top MAP.
Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220)
(a) Remove the existing unserviceable nylon newar from Charpoy GI Pipe and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & Weave with new nylon newar 50mm- 55mm width white colour non-recycled. The weaving shall be close with 33 and 14 Nos bands both on long and short rail respectively. The weight of nylon newar shall not be less than 1.5 Kgs per charpoy.
(b) Removing the unserviceable/broken check nuts form GI charpoy & supply and fix 6mm thick GI Medium grade check nuts suitable for 32mm dia GI pipe all as specified and shown on drawings (Each check nut will be measured as single unit).
(c) Removing the unserviceable broken 3 way GI elbow from GI charpoy and S & F 32 mm dia GI medium grade 3 way elbow ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg and directed (Each GI Elbow shall be measured as single unit).
(d) Removing the existing unserviceable/broken long rail from GI charpoy and S & F new long rail of GI tubing 32mm including cutting, threading and bringing the GI charpoy into the original shape as shown on drawing and directed.
(e) Removing the existing unserviceable/broken short rail from GI charpoy and making short rails obtained from item No 31.04 above including cutting, threading and fixing all as shown on drawing.
(f) Making legs out of unserviceable /short rails form GI charpoy and making legs out of unserviceable long/short rails obtained from item 31.04 and 31.05 above including cutting, threading and fixing all as specified and directed.
Board Notice [FD-99(M)]
(a) Removing of unsv / broken existing door glass from board notice and S&F new door glass of 4 mm thick of existing shape and size and making functional.
(b) Removing of unsv / broken existing door shutter 2 way from board notice and S&F new door shutter of existing shape and size and making functional.
(c) Removing of unsv / torn out existing baize green cloth from board notice and S&F baize green cloth of existing shape and size and making functional.
(d) Removing of unsv existing soft wood board from board notice and S&F new soft wood board 19 mm thick of existing shape and size and making functional.
(e) Removing of unsv existing wooden frame of board notice and S&F new wooden frame made of hard seasoned teak wood of existing shape and size and making functional.
(f) All as per Item No 3.11 here in before but for Board Notice.
Trestle Store Room Wooden [FD-86(M)] Repairs to the following parts of wooden trestle by new parts of appropriate size and shape with timber SAL as directed by Engr-in-Charge & Specified :-
(a) S&F 2nd class Hard wood legs of size 405x100x100mm.
(b) S&F 2nd class Hard wood Top Batten (Middle of size 2400x60x100mm).
(c) S&F 2nd class Hard wood Batten (Side) of size 2440x100x100mm.
(d) S&F 2nd class Hard wood Batten (Short) of size 600x100x60mm.
(e) Repair to loose wooden trestle, Providing clamp piece of size 300mm x 40 mm x 5mm `L` shape with 6 nos screw including painting with black paint.
(f) Preparation of surface of wooden trestle of any description and treated with two coats of creosote oil all as specified.
Table Bed Side Steel [FD-157(M)]
(a) Removing of existing U/S top of table bed side steel and S&F new top of made out MS sheet 1.00 mm thick of existing size & shape.
(b) Removing of existing door shutter and S&F new door shutter made out of M/S sheet 1.00 mm thick of existng shape & size.
(c) Removing of U/S shoes of table bed side steel and S&F new hard rubber PVC of existing shape & size.
(d) All as per Item No 2.07 here in before but for Table bed side steel.
Stool Steel 305x305x760mm [FD-81(M)]
(a) Repair of Stool Steel by means of denting ,welding & scrapping wherever required making the frame in its original position and making functionel all as per drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(b) Remove old worn out paint from Stool Steel 305 X 305 X 760 mm byscraping with required grade of sand paper and. The frame shall be painted with two coat of spray painting by synthetic enameled paint OG/Grey colour over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including supply of suitable rubber shoes 04 Nos to each.
Bed Hard MAP [FD/E6/MAP/08(R)]
(a) Removing the existing unserviceable Ply wood from Hard Bed and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(b) Removing the existing unserviceable Foot Board from Hard Bed and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new Pre Laminated Particale Board 18mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(c) Removing the existing unserviceable Head Board from Hard Bed and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new Pre Laminated Particale Board 18mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(d) Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of almirah steel large by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/pitted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer Metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Repair of Chair Dinning (FD/MAP/II/05)
(a) Removing the existing unserviceable/broken PVC seat from chair dinning and supply & fixing the new PVC seat 4mm existing size in its original position all as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(b) Removing of existing unserviceable under mentioned members and providing the new one made out of 1st class HW well seasoned (Teak) and fixing the same in its original position as per drawing :-
(i) Front Legs
(ii) Rear Legs
(iii) Front rail of seat frame
(iv) Side Rail
(v) Back Rail
(vi) Short stiffener
(vii) Back rest batten
(viii) Preparation of surface by Remove of existing polishing mark scratches from all exposed wooden surface to make clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with polish to bring the surface to require glossy finish and as directed by Engr-in-Charge here-in-before but for Chair Dining.
Double Sleeping Bunk (Sketch 'X')
(a) Removing the existing unserviceable Ply wood from Double Bunk and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(b) Removing the existing unserviceable Ladder from Double Bunk and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new MS Pipe 20 mm dia of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(c) Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of Double Bunk by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/pitted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer Metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Locker Steel (Size 1200 x 900 x 430 mm) (FD-1029)
(a) Removing of existing U/S top of locker steel and S&F new top made out of MS sheet 1.00 mm thick of existing size & shape.
(b) Removing of existing U/S bottom of locker steel and S&F new bottom made out of MS sheet 1.00 mm thick of existing size & shape.
(c) Taking out of broken door shutter from Locker Steel and re-fixing with new door shutter of existing size 1 mm thick . All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(d) Removing old broken damaged hasp of locker steel and S/F new hasp & staples of size 150 mm long chromium plated to the shutters of locker steel.
(e) Removing old broken handle of locker steel and S/F new handle of size 100 mm long 'D' Type chromium plated to the shutters of locker steel.
(f) Removing old broken hanging rod of locker steel and S/F new hanging rod made out of 20mm dia chromium plated pipe 500mm long of locker steel.
(g) Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of Locker Steel Size 1200 x 900 x 430 mm by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/pitted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer Metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Repair to Peg Table (FD-277)
(a) Removing the old unserviceable leg and providing the new leg made out of 1st class teak Wood seasoned of size 30x50x362mm high and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.
(b) Removing old broken top rail and providing the new top rail made out of 1st class hardwood teak of size 20mm x 40mm x380mm and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.
(c) Removing the old top and providing the new top made out of 18mm particle board one side laminated exterior grade with 4mm teak wood beading all around and fixing the same on peg table in its original position as per drawing and providing new hard rubber/PVC/Nylon shoes to the bottom of legs. Size of particle board shall be 450mm x 300 mm.
(d) Preparation of surface by Remove of existing polishing mark scratches from all exposed wooden surface to make clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with polish to bring the surface to require glossy finish and as directed by Engr-in-Charge here-in-before but for Peg Table.
Almirah Steel Size 1260 x 760 x 420 mm (FD-1031)
(a) Removing of existing U/S top of Almirah Steel and S&F new top of made out MS sheet 1.00 mm thick of existing size & shape.
(b) Removing of existing U/S bottom of Almirah Steel and S&F new bottom of made out MS sheet 1.00 mm thick of existing size & shape.
(c) Taking out of broken door shutter from Almirah Steel and re-fixing the same existing door shutters in original position with pin type new steel hinges of existing size duly welded as required including denting . All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(d) Removing the worn out u/s handle from the Almirah Steel and providing/fixing of new handle chromium plated heavy duty as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.
(e) Removing the worn out u/s lock from Almirah Steel and providing/fixing with new lock 6 lever with deuplicate key ISI marked Link/Bharat of MS key plate as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE duly fixed as per drawing.
(f) Removing the worn out u/s 3 way locking device and providing/fixing the new one in its original postion as per drg.
(g) Removing the worn out u/s leg and providing / fixing the new leg made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick in its original position duly welded as per drg.
(h) Taking out of u/s worn out shelf and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick. All as shown on drg.
(j) Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of Almirah Steel large by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/pitted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer Metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
