SCHEDULE A BOQ

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface as in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 gradeSt.-240) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted , bolted or welded attachment.(Fe 410 -W (Gde- E-250) quality -A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently (confirming to Fe 410 W Gde E-250 A quality), without connecting plates, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Note for pre-painted coloured Galvalume roofing :-

(i) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of sheet must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

(ii) The contractor shall ensure that no leakages take place from the roof. The roofing shall be Coloured Galvalume roofing system (olive green colour or as approved by GE) with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm Total coated thickness (TCT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall conform to the physical specifications of IS: 2062 of 2011, coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium / Zinc alloy coating AZ150 as 150 gm/sq.mt total on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) The painting shall be coloured baked enamel polyester with silicon coating of film thickness 25 microns nominal on the exposed face/exterior side and on the reverse side ( interior face) shall be white with 15 microns film thickness, over a coat of 5 micron nominal thickness Primer.

(iv) The contractor shall produce purchase vouchers for each lot and independent test for verification of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MS flat iron wind ties for roof including securing bolts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. , and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, n exc 5cm long diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), as in plinth protection/path/hardstanding including making joints @ 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of existing damagd cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness and rubish material shall be disposal to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 16 :- The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm.

M&L Preparation of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer on new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 18 :- (a) All synthetic enamel paint, shall be of 1st quality manufactured by the standard firms of make as specified.

(b) The contractor shall inform the GE, within three weeks of the acceptance of the tender, the brand/names of the manufacturers of paint proposed to be used in the works and submit samples thereof and obtain prior written approval of GE before their use in works.

(c) The contractor shall when so required by the GE, produce certificate from the manufacturer or their representative to establish that the brands of paints purchased by the contractor from them, satisfy the requirements of the relevant Indian Standards.

(d) Paints shall be obtained directly from approved manufacturer or from their authorized agents only of respective brands mentioned below and brought to site in sealed containers. The paint so procured shall be of first quality of any approved make as per list of makes specified. i. Berger Paints (Luxol), ii. Jenson & Nicholson (Brolac), iii. Shalimar Paints(Superlac), iv. Goodlass Nerolac (Nerolac), v. Asian Paints(Apcolite)

(e) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

(g) The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and dusted. All dirt scales oil and grease shall be thoroughly removed before painting is started. The prepared surface shall be inspected and approved by the GE before painting is commenced. The weather shall not be foggy/rainy, dusty or windy. The suitability of the weather will be determined by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(h) No hair marks from the brush or clogging of paint buddles shall be left on the work. Surface shall ordinarily not be painted until it has dried up completely. Trial patches of paint shall be laid at intervals to check the quality.

M&L Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 100mm thick, type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to receiving tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brickwork with fly ash’ bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of Brick masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces wall Applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Supply and fixing LED light fitting 2x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size.

M&L for Sub main wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor cable 2 runs of 4 sqmm drawn through in and incl suitable size steel conduit and all accessories fixed to wall/floors along with 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded cable 1100V grade as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 36:- (a) 2 runs of 4 sqmm cable along with one run of 4 sqmm cable for earth conductor and one run of steel conduit shall be measured as one length.

(b) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp all as specified:

Supply and installation, testing and commisioning of inverter split type AC unit indoor / outdoor single phase 230V, 50 Hz complete with BLDC Compressor Anti-allergy coating, Anti virus coating, dehumidification, Refrigerant R410 A of capacity 2 TR (copper type) 5 star rated all as specified Make : Blue star Cat No IC524DATU or equivalent of LG/samsung.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 150 V to 285 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% and of capaciy 5 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. Make - V-Guard/ Microtek/ AE or equivalent

Note for Item No 42:- (a) 2 runs of 4 sqmm cable along with one run of 4 sqmm cable for earth conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

S&F metal clad socket single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing on distribution boards, single pole MCB 10 to 32 Amps, 240 v, 50 Hz AC suitable for ‘C’ curve, 10 KA breaking capacity conforming to IS 8828 of 1996 complete all as specified and directed. (Make/Model : Lexic MCB of MDS Legrand Cat No : 408590 to 408595 or equivalent of Schnieder Siemens/L&T

Supply installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing consisting of copper bounded pre-welded electrode of 10 feet length, 17.2 mm dia made of high tensile low carbon steel rod with 250 micron (average) molecularly bounded copper on the outer surface confirming requirements of UL- 467 with exothermically joint together should be tested on 25 KA fault current with provision for connection clamp of size 150 mm long, 5 mm thickness with 12 mm dia hole of 4 numbers for termination on top of copper bonded rod along with 50 Kg eco friendly Back Fill compound with each earth rod including taking down old unserviceable earthing materials. The Back Fill compound should be tested to achieve 0.02ohms. The Back fill Compound should comply to IEC 62561-7 having passed leaching, corrosion, sulphur and resistivity test as per IEC-62561-7 by NABL accredited Lab, size of bore 6-8 inch, 11 feet depth, distance between each bore shall be 3 mtrs long the above installation shall be completed with 10 liters of Super Charger Earthing liquid tested by any NABL agreated laboratory tested as per IEC-62561-7, read with ASTM G57-06, CI 3.4.A. Make : ISG Global / SafeTrode/ Errico or equivalent

The unit quoted rate shall deem to be included for the following :- (i) Prior to installation of maintenance free chemical earthing, soil resistivity test to be carried out at the location where earthing work to be done in presence of Engr-in- Charge/JE (E/M),user and the report has to submit to Garrison Engineer with recommendation of manufacturer, if required additional interconnection of earthing (not more than 04 number of earthing) to achive earth result less than 1 Ohms. The arrangement done for soil resistivity testing and submission of report with recommendation deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(ii) The description/ size/ qty of items mentioned in above are for indicating only however qty/ size may vary at site condition to maintain the earth resistance 1 ohm. The contractor shall quote rate by considering all factors.

(iii) Rate of earth energizer compound of 25 Kg of 02 bags and earth resistance reducing liquid 10 litre per cane for each pit deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(iv) Resistivity of earth energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be certified by any NABL accredited lab carried out as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTMG57-06, CI-3.4A and the certificate of same shall be submitted by the contractor before commencement of work.

(v) Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-charge, user and proper record shall be maintened duly signed by all concerned. After testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt. till desired result is obtained.

(vi) Earth resistance tester will be provided by the contractor. Tester should be calibrated from authorised company/ lab.

(vii) The contractor shall give a written guarantee of minimum three years for maintaining the earth resistance less than 1 Ohm after certified date of completion.

(viii) No further maintenance or periodic watering or recharge shall be required in earthing during its guarantee period of over 03 years in all type of soil including soft/ disintegrated or hard rock.

(ix) During the guarantee period, if earth resistance is not maintained less than 1 ohm the contractor has to redo or rectify at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is mainained.

(x) A security deposit of value equal to 2.5 % of the rate quoted for chemical earthing per each earthing shall be retained from payment due to the contractor for the guarantee period.

(xi) Earth enhancing material should not leach into the adjacent soil or underground water channels and its PH valve should be in neutral range complete all as specified and as directed. It should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete.

(xii) The electrode shall carry manufacturer's name .

(xiii) The connection clamp shall be permanentlly welded to the copper bounded rod to avoid any kind of connectivity loss,.The pre-welded copper bounded rod shall not need any additional clamp for termination.

(xiv) Copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm should be fixed on proper post insulator at the instrument end (copper strip shall be measured and pair seperately .

(xv) The acceptable earth resistance at earth busbar/ test point shall not be more than 0.1 ohm.

(xvi) The contractor shall submit CPRI India certified document for copper bonded rod to ensure genuity of material.

(xvii) Sign board of mild steel 2 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer showing result of earthing should be fixed near the earth pit after completion as directed by engr -in- charge.

(xviii) Earth work such as auguring and making good the surrounding area shall carried out in any type of soil.

M&L Earth pit cover made of heavy duty poly plastic of high grade polypropylene tested and certified by any NABL accredited lab for load bearing capacity not less than 9.2 tonnes with top dia not less than 250mm, bottom dia not less than 330 mm and height not less than 260 mm dia for each electrode pit complete all as specified and directed. Make : SAFE TRODE/ ISG Global / ERICO or equivalent.

Note for Item No 66 :- The contractor shall submit load bearing capacity certificate from the manufacturer.

Supply and fixing in repair copper strip 20 x 3mm thick as earthing lead fixed to wall/roofs etc all as directed.

S&F in repair epoxy base insulators of suitable size 40mm height for fixing copper earth strip on wall/ceiling/floor/poles etc.

M&L for recharging of existing defective earth pit after excavation upto one feet depth of surrounding the earth pit as notified by the Engr-in-Charge by pouring the Earth Re-charger Hydrate Crystalline Gel Earthing Compound packing of 6 Kgs Bucket for each earth pit, it is a Water Soluble soil Reactivation Earthng Compound for earth resistence enhancement it can be used in all type of existing earth pits, the same will be enviromentally & metallurgically Safe, Non-Corrosive, eco friendly, and purity of the compound is 98-100%, the same will be effective for min 12 to 18 months. Make :- DSS or equivalent make as per specification

Note for Item No 70 :- Earth pit will be checked pre and post recharging the pit

Resistance after using the gel should reduced by 60-70%

Testing and commissioning shall be done by the contractor

Supply and installation of lightening air terminal made of non-corrosive materials, must comply and tested to NFC 17-102 and UNE 21186 standards. It should also be tested by CPRI India. The device should be tested for 100 KA of 10/350 µs waveform of lightning impulse current withstand test and anticipation emission time not less than 46 µs complying to NFC 17102 & CPRI. It shall provide complete protection by capturing dangerous lightning discharges and safely channelling it to earth. The lightning air terminal shall be an early streamer emission terminal which will respond dynamically upon stepped leader (lighting discharge moving down from the cloud) activity in the proposed Zone . The central finial shall be elevated above the spheroid and should be sharp pointed. Arcing shall occur between the panel sections of the spheroid and finial tip only upon the progression of a lightning leader incliding taking down existing complete all as specified and directed.. Make :- Model No Allytech 90T of Make Allywell or equivalent as per specifications.

Note for Item No 74:- (a) The lightning protection system shall be of the advanced type which is designed to send upward streamer earlier than the other surrounding metallic points, attract lightning to a preferred point and safely convey the lightning energy to ground with a predetermined route.

(b) It shall provide radius coverage of 107 mtr level 4 protection.

(c) The lightning terminal should not use battery power, solar power, electronic spark device or any other active component for its operation.

(d) The lightning air terminal shall be maintenance free type and frequent testing should not be necessary for ensuring the working of it.

(e) The lightening terminal shall give reliable performance in all weather conditions. It should be suitable for corrosive environment also.

Supply and installation of elevation mast of minimum 5 mtr height. Suitable base shall be provided for mounting the mast and air terminal with adaptor coupler/ reducer, anchoring wires, clamps etc. including taking down existing one. Base and mast section shall be made of GI, coated with one coat of anti-corrosive zinc spray paint for additional protection all as specified and directed..

Supply and installation of high voltage cable green colour of cross sectional area 70 sqmm insulated copper conductor with 0.5mm thick PVC sheathed copper cable for lightning current dissipation to the earthing system with necessary fixing clamp, connector accessories etc. including taking down existing one. Copper lug termination shall be used for fixing at both ends all as specified and directed..

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 2 KVA single phase dry type Isolation transformer, Input voltage - 230V, Out put voltage - 230V, 50 Hz, natural air cooled, copper wound transformer with supporting enclosure including taking down existing oneall as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing replacement factory made powder coated distribution board SPN 2 way, single door including bus bar, Neutral bar, standard DIN rail, earth bar including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair MCB SPN 40 Amp , 240 v, 50 Hz AC suitable for ‘C’ curve, 10 KA breaking capacity complete conforming to IS 8828 of 1996 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Sub main wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor cable 2 runs of 4 sqmm drawn through in and incl suitable size PVC Casing capping and all accessories fixed to wall/floors along with 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded cable 1100V grade as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including taking down existing submain wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 85:- (a) 2 runs of 4 sqmm cable along with one run of 4 sqmm cable for earth conductor and one run of PVC Casing capping shall be measured as one length.

(b) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles.

M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected with Copper earth strip 20mmx3 mm thick and copper bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to test point, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I incl necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, ane provn of test point including taking down existing earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 88:- (a) All Joints should be joined by Exothermic Welding or Brazing.

(b) After completion of work earthing shall be tested by the contractor in presence of Engineer-in-Charge, User and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned.

(c) Earth resistance tester shall be provided by the contractor. It should be caliberated from authorised company/ lab.

(d) After testing if desired earth resistance of less than 5 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is obtained.

(e) Copper strip 20x3mm upto 7.5 Mtrs shall be included in quoted rates and beyond 7.5 mtrs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of energy conversion digital grounding apparatus three phase 4 wire 240 KA with inbuilt 100% lighting surge protection, noises, ESD, EPR and abnormal electrical characteristics which enter power and other service lines and ensuring clear bonding potential (Earth to neutral voltage) less than 1.0 volt to be connected in parallel to the circuit, conforming to IE, tested and certified as per latest certification (IEC 61643-1, IEC-61000-4-5, IEC-61000-6-1, IEC-61000-6-3, MIL-STD-810-G, ISO 14001-2004) in prewired metal enclosure with pulverulent body painting including all accessories required for installation etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Ground Co ltd Model No eca 3 G LP-34-40 or equivalent.

Note for Item No 94:- (a) This equipment will be utilized for the sensitive installations, hence technical specifications should be strictly adhered.

(b) Detailed technical specifications are given in particular specification

(c) The contractor should submit the following warranty alongwith confirmation by the OEM, failing which the bidder will be rejected during technical evaluation.

(i) 1 year warranty for the whole equipment from the date of completion and 7 year warranty for spare support from the date of completion

(ii) A guarantee for an amount equal to 5% of quoted rate shall be retained from the bills for a period of 3 years from the date of completion.

(iii) Life expectancy of minimim 10 years from the date of completion
